System Updates: November 5th, 2021

New Updates

  • Staff Efficiency Report Changes:
    • Added a new column to the ‘Overall Efficiency’ labeled ‘Duplicate Work’ that will inform you of how many actions were considered ‘Duplicate’ that were being handled manually and via API/EDI
    • Removed ‘Live Employee Actions’ grid as it was not deemed useful by our client base
    • Added the ability to drill down into the data under ‘Overall Efficiency.’ This will give you a better understanding of the data points you are looking at.
    • Employee Detail Grid
      • Moved to the top of the screen
      • Added additional columns to math the data from the ‘Staff Activity List’ within the system
    • Added ‘Efficiency by Team’ below ‘Efficiency by Office’
  • Added tracking by Customer to the Project 44 integration
  • Added all stops pertaining to a shipment to the invoice
  • Added ‘Export to Excel’ on all tables within the staff efficiency report
  • Resolved an issue with the SAIA API not receiving dimensions from the system.
  • Resolved an issue impacting custom fields from being selectable on the ‘Report Builder’
