New Features & Enhancements:

  • Added default “Appointment Management.” When enabled, you can indicate one of three different appointment types per stop. Each type has its unique color marker on the “Booked – Not Covered” tab and can also be seen on the shipment profile per stop.
    • Appointment Required, Not Requested – PINK
    • Appointment Requested – PURPLE
    • Appointment Confirmed – TEAL
  • Introduced Rate Match for API tariffs. This new function allows setting a value for a non-API/asset based carrier on a customer API tariff, which will:
    • Allow a flat dollar value to be set for the Rate Match carrier, which will then discount off the marked-up rate of the lowest-cost carrier in the Rating Engine.
    • The non-API Rate Match carrier will ‘adopt’ the API carrier charge as its own and then apply the flat dollar discount to the customer’s marked-up rate.
    • You can determine which carriers will be used for this Rate Match function on the customer API type tariff, and it can be customizable per service lane per API carrier on the tariff.
  • AP Invoicing page now includes “Shipment Mode” as another filter point.
  • EDI 204/214 Setup List now includes a new function called “Do not update date/times”. This can be found on the EDI Setup List page via Edit per EDI entry for an INBOUND 204 or 214. When enabled, inbound 204 updates and 214s will not update the original pickup and delivery date and window appointment times.
    • If the On Time function is enabled, pickup and delivery arrival/departure date and times will still be updated with the tracking date via inbound 214.
    • You will need to create an inbound EDI 204 and/or 214 entry via EDI Setup for the customer to access this flag.
  • Old Dominion now includes a MOD-10 check digit PRO function preferred by ODFL.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where Carrier Sales staff were not included in the dropdown in Audit Commissions.
  • Resolved issue with API tracking not updating Delivery Date on shipment profile (OnTime feature enabled).
  • Fixed Magnum Logistics timeout error by adding more detail to why the carrier may be timing out.
  • Corrected issue with Report Builder where if a custom reference field had a “$” used and was then exported, the data info was incorrect.
  • Corrected a time zone conversion issue on customer statement and profitability report.
  • Fixed issue with Report Builder – Delivery OnTime column not reporting the right value. If you have a report with this field value, please re-save the report.
