Brokerware Release notes 08/30/2024 – FedEx Hotfix

We rolled out an update tonight to include FedEx’s new API for Tracking and E-Documents only. Rating/Pickup is not impacted.

As a reminder FedEx is retiring their legacy Tracking API this weekend.

Please follow the guides below on how to retrieve your credentials.

Please note the following:

• You will need to create your own developer account on FedEx’s website. Please do so per the instructions linked.
• Once you create your developer account, you will need to create an API project for Tracking.
