Brokerware Release notes 09/05/2024

New Features & Enhancements:

  • Manitoulin Transport Update
    • The carrier has moved to a token access value in order to utilize their API. Please reach out to your rep to retrieve the token associated with your account(s).
  • Accufrate Integration
    • We are excited to introduce a new integration with AccuFrate that offers White Glove Delivery service directly through the interface of Brokerware.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue with GLS insurance not populating.
  • Fixed issue with Estes rating – if dims are entered as 0, rates will return a standard rate quote. If dims are greater than 0, both standard, Volume & Truckload and Guaranteed and Time Critical rates will return.
  • Fixed issue with Hercules Forwarding noting a carrier cost issue when rating.
  • Fixed issue with Frontline Freight sending wrong pallet count indication via rating.
  • Fixed issue with XPO Logistics not having Limited Access Delivery mapped for rating.
  • Fixed issue with Notes button on new Source Capacity UI layout not working.
  • Fixed issue with Bazaar e-docs not properly displayed on the buyer’s load profile.
  • Fixed issue with not being able to mark loads delivered.
  • Fixed mislabeled field – Carrier profile, Safety Information – Safety section now indicates Authority Contact as the properly displayed field.
  • Fixed issue with POD edocs view permission – now properly set to view as Public.
  • Fixed issue with Mothership indicating the time of user’s computer in rating requests – the fix will properly take the ready/closing times indicated on the load.
  • Fixed issue with Priority One XPO Logistics receiving an issue with carrier cost error while rating.
  • Fixed issue with ABF ‘Sort and Segregate’ accessorial not being included in rating requests.
  • Fixed issue where the Target Rate value does not transfer over to the Source Capacity page.
  • Fixed issue with Fast Exact not receiving dimensions upon rating.
  • Fixed issue where BOL instructions established on a customer’s profile were not inserted on shipments created via Shipment Upload tool. BOL instructions indicated on the shipment upload form will also be included alongside the BOL instructions from a customer’s preference.
  • Fixed issue where merging customer profiles, whether associated to a master account or not, was wiping out all contacts from the customer’s profile and contacts would not be able to be assigned to the master account.
