New Features & Enhancements:
- New Feature: Advanced Booking Form
- This new feature is only available through the customer portal. It allows your customer to utilize the short form and click a new button on the LCR called ‘Book & Dispatch’. Once the button is clicked, it will prompt the end user to fill out the remainder details required for the shipment and will automatically dispatch the load to the carrier and let them know whether it was successful or not directly on the shipment profile.
- When successful, the modal will present them with the ability to download the relative documentation, quickly go to another page, sign up for notifications, and give them a pickup number.
- When unsuccessful, the modal will let them know why it failed and ask them to contact the brokerage.

- Appointment Management default updates
- Add new sub default called “Set Appointment boxes as unchecked”
- If enabled, this will automatically set the appointment indications to be unchecked when new loads are created.
- This will not affect address book entries saved where an appointment indication is set.
- Loads duplicated or Exact Duplicated will carry over the previous appointment marker to the new load.

- New System Default: Select Participating Carrier Contact
- Upon this release, this default will be set to False and the previous update has been reverted which will now be wrapped into this default.
- The current way the system worked was sending a rate request to ALL contacts that had Send Rate Request checked in their carrier contact profile.
- When this new default is enabled, this will allow the staff user to choose a carrier contact on the Source Capacity page for participating carriers to send the rate request to.
- This will only send out 1 rate request to the selected contact rather than to all contacts with ‘Send Rate Request’ enabled on their carrier contact profile.
- Upon this release, this default will be set to False and the previous update has been reverted which will now be wrapped into this default.
- New mapped accessorials – XPO Logistics
- If the following accessorials are added to your system, XPO will return rates (if applicable).
- Please be sure to enter the following accesorial names as below to your Accessorial list if needed:
- Container Freight Station (CFS) – Origin
- Container Freight Station (CFS) – Destination
- Total Cubic Feet
- When palletized is checked, pallet count and pallet size dimensions will be used for calculation
- Pallet Size has been added to the ‘Short Form’
- NetSuite Integration Enhancements
- Pickup date will default to creation date. Expected/estimated delivery 3 days later.
- Truncate Consignee Zip to work with rating page

- Shipment Profile – Editing Stops
- Fixed issue where “Clear Information” was not removing the City/State info and allowing users to save without a zip code entered.
- Users will need to at least enter a zip code with the city/state info populated in order to save the stop.
- System Alerts
- Fixed issue where attempting to delete a previous entry was throwing an internal server error.
- Electronically signed Rate Con document
- Fixed issue where removing the signed e-doc was not allowing another Rate Con to be sent again on the same load.
- Fixed issue where fields were being cleared out if user fails to enter the required fields on the rate con when the Advanced Rate Con default is enabled.
- Customer Portal
- Fixed issue where load info not related to that customer’s portal was appearing in the quick search.
- Fixed issue where marking loads loads as picked up with the use of a Reason Code was throwing an error if load was marked as Missed Pickup.
- Fixed spelling error on the Cubic Feet pop up help modal.
