New Reports & Changes Introduced

• Carrier Profitability Report by Customer
  • The new carrier profitability report can be found on the ‘Customer Profile’ under ‘Customer Tools.’ It will show you a breakdown of all carriers utilized along with the following information:
    • Carrier Name
      • Number of Loads
      • Billed Amount
      • Cost Amount
      • Margin
      • Commission
      • Profit
      • Paid
      • PCs
      • Weight

• Customer Profitability Report by Carrier
  • The new Customer Profitability report can be found on the ‘Carrier Profile’ under ‘Tools.’ It will show you a breakdown of all customers that have utilized the specific carrier chosen along with the following information:
    • Customer Name
    • Number of Loads
    • Billed Amount
    • Cost Amount
    • Margin
    • Commission
    • Profit
    • Paid
    • PCs
    • Weight

• Admin Profitability Report
  • A new filter has been added to the admin level Profitability report that will allow you to filter information based on a specific sales rep.

Other New Features/Changes/Fixes

• Significantly improved API Tracking & Tracing capabilities
• Carrier SCAC is no longer required in order to create a carrier in the system.
• The carrier information such as carrier contact, phone, etc… has now been hidden from the customer view if it is a Truckload shipment.
• Resolved all outstanding issues with the RMIS integration
• Resolved an issue preventing you from being able to E-Dispatch ODFL in the event a contact name was missing.
• Resolved an issue impacting the ‘Max’ defaults for rating under the global parameters.
