Brokerware Release notes 06/06/2024

New Features & Enhancements:

  • Shipment Notes: Now, the notes section will capture all details from the full or short form at the time of creating the load profile.
  • AR Invoicing: A new button, “Invoices On Hold From Printing”, has been added. It will display any load marked as “Hold invoice printing” during the creation of the load’s invoice. You can release these loads from the printing/emailing hold either individually or in bulk. The invoice(s) will then be placed in their respective delivery type method in Invoice Printing.
  • Carrier Profile: The notes will now record when and who removed the Bill To information from the profile.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved issue with ABF edispatch related to incorrect phone number format; extensions will no longer be included in the dispatch request.
  • Resolved error in Report Builder when providers of rates are listed on loads.
  • Fixed mismatch between Profitability Report and Customer Statements due to time zones.
  • Addressed issue with SEFL’s Guaranteed rates not returning in the rating engine.
  • Corrected Carrier Cost issue with Tforce Saia rates.
  • Adjusted insurance effective and expiration dates from RMIS to correct one-day discrepancy.
  • Fixed issue with Tax Air API tracking failing to move loads to In Transit.
  • Resolved issue with Dayton Freight not rating specific limited access accessorials – Military, Construction, Nuclear.
  • Addressed issue with customer tariff minimum value (if applicable) not applying via rating engine.
  • Fixed “Zero Revenue” filter issue in In Transit tile.
  • Resolved issue where the Mass Rater was not returning all rates for third-party providers.
  • Corrected Estes edispatch error – Parsing error message.
  • Adjusted dashboard tiles to display all status color markers.
  • Fixed display of shipper/consignee fields in Customer Tracking report.
  • Resolved issue with Report Builder field “PRO Number” causing errors when extracting data.
  • Fixed issue of documents assigned to loads appearing in the unassigned Document List and causing errors when a user attempted to delete one.
  • Resolved issue where staff with Accounting access could not see the note stamp when they released a commission for a load.
  • Corrected mismatch between pickup and delivery times and system’s time zone for EDI 204s.
  • Fixed issue with Pilot Freight not pulling limited access accessorial rate.
  • Corrected spelling of “Class” on the tariff markup page.
  • Added zip code 89437 for Sparks, NV to the database.
  • Removed Clear Lane from the Integrations – Carriers section. Clear Lane will no longer be available for API related items.
  • Corrected instances where theme color “Dark Mint” displayed white text.
  • Implemented miscellaneous fixes.
