Yes! In this week’s edition of TidBits, Anderson Phung teaches us how to accept rate quotes in BrokerWare TMS digitally.
The freight broker bids on the shipment and sends a rate quote to the shipper, “Click here to Accept this document Electronically.”
The shipper clicks accept, and the TMS stores the digital signature.
If there’s a disagreement, there’s a signed rate quote in the load profile of the TMS, keeping the brokerage organized.
