Customer Profile - Invoice Preferences

Fixed issue where “Use DR as image type” option was displaying for all Delivery Option.

This item will only appear if you choose “EDI with Support Docs (FTP)” as the Delivery Option.

Fixed issue where Airport Delivery and Airport Pickup were not mapped correctly. These are now mapped to the properly named accessorials.
