Spee Dee

  • Mapped the following accessorials for rating:

Final Mile Carrier Integration - Bungii

File Name Download format

  • Updated the file name format order to load number then document type i.e. 12345_BOL.

FragilePak

  • Implemented an additional API to pull more documents (POD, photos, etc).

Tax Air

  • Added tracking URL for PRO numbers to be linked.

NetSuite

  • Added as a customer integration - users can now select a customer and subsidiaries to map to that customer.

Freight Claims

  • Added new integration with Freight Claims.
  • Allows users to create a claim from BrokerWare which will then be added to Freight Claims' portal to manage all claims.
  • Documents can be sent over on the initial creation to Freight Claims.
  • Status updates from Freight Claims will push over to BrokerWare to update the claim status in the user's system.

Convoy

  • Added further validation checks when posting to Convoy. These include:

    • Addresses are validated by Google Maps. If it's not a valid address it will not post.
    • Reefer loads require temperature values within an acceptable range.
    • All shipments must have a weight value.
    • Appointment times must be sequential based on stop order.
    • Too far into the past or future loads will not be allowed to post. Shipment into the future must be no more than 45 days out.
    • Invalid posting rate.
    • Insufficient Max Buy Rate.
    • Stops with duplicate addresses will not be accepted.
  • If a load is posted to Convoy and then a carrier is assigned to the load from BrokerWare's side, the load will be removed from Convoy (indicated as Covered).

  • If a load is canceled on the BrokerWare's side, the posting is removed from Convoy.

Download Quotes as PDF from LCR

  • Added ability to now download the customer quotes from the LCR.
  • This function is found using the Email Quotes tool in the LCR and choosing Download PDF in the modal after rates are selected.

New Default - Enable Customer Credit Override

  • Added a new global default called "Enable Customer Credit Override".
  • When enabled, allows staff users to manually set the 'Manual Credit Used' value for customers who don't use BrokerWare for invoicing/payments. The system will use the manual value (or 0 if not set) instead of calculating from shipments and invoices.

Report Builder

  • Added new fields for shipment type reports to pull the shipper/consignee Customer Public/Private Notes and shipper/consignee Broker Public/Private Notes.
  • Added new field called "Last Quote Date" for shipment type reports to target the last day a load was quoted.

Bug Fixes

Central Transport

  • Fixed rating issue where failed rate response details were not displaying.

Mainfreight

  • Fixed rating issue where an error was returned and the request/response modal was blank.

Dayton Freight

  • Fixed issue where PRO numbers were not returning via API.

Go2 Logistics

  • Fixed E-Dispatch issue where the error indicated the input string was not correct.

Spee-Dee

  • Fixed E-Dispatch issue where Spee-Dee was indicating the dispatch failed, yet still retured a pickup number.
    • Added further validation to check if the addresses on stops are valid to prevent dispatches from going out.

Tax Air

  • Hardcoded the API security field. This field will no longer display in the API setup as only 1 value is associated for all 3PL clients.

WWEX

  • Fixed E-Dispatch issue where dispatches were failing when loads had the HazMat accessorial included on it.
  • Fixed mapping for the HazMat accessorial for rating.

Report Builder

  • Fixed issue where single quote characters being used with the filter "IN" were not pulling back results.
    • A change was made so users no longer have to use the single quotes. Going forward, values can be separated by a comma and do not need to be encased in single quotes.
    • NOTE: If users edit existing reports that currently have single quotes in the filter (without removing those), those values will get filtered out.
  • Fixed issue where field "Last Pickup Date" was including loads in Quoted status.

Source Capacity Emails

  • Fixed issue where carrier contacts marked as "Primary Contact" only were not receiving the rate request emails.
  • Fixed issue where if no options on the carrier contact were selected, this email was not receiving the rate request.

LCR

  • Fixed issue where estimated delivery dates were including weekends instead of business days when rates were selected from the LCR.
  • Fixed the "LCR Notes" orientation - notes will be displayed in a pop up modal when users hover over the LCR Notes line.

Full/Short forms

  • Fixed issue on short and full form where if a zip code offers multiple cities to select from, the system was indicating the zip code contained special characters if the user chooses the second city choice.

Fuel Schedule - Miles

  • Fixed issue where the fuel calculation when using miles on the schedule was incorrectly calculating the wrong rate.

Sales Rep Profitability Report

  • Fixed issue where the Sales Rep Profitability Report did not match the Admin Profitability Report when the USD to CAD Rate values were updated.

Carrier Profile - Carrier Tracking field

  • Fixed issue where the carrier tracking link added to a carrier's profile was not working when attempting to click a linked PRO number from a dashboard tile.

Customer Address Book

  • Fixed issue where updating an existing address book entry from the shipment profile was not capturing the updated changes.
  • Now if a user updates the address on a shipment profile and uses "Save to address book" on the stop, a new entry will be added to the address book with the most up to date info indicated for that address.

Customer Upload logo

  • Fixed issue where staff logins were seeing the logo uploaded to customer profiles when they shouldn't. Staff will only see the logo of the system.
    • Customer log ins will only see the uploaded logo if applicable.
