Quote Document Terms & Conditions by Shipment Mode

  • Added ability to configure the Quote document's Terms & Conditions text based on shipment mode.

Claims (Detail page)

  • Added three new claim fields:
    • Carrier Notification Date – date picker

    • ACH Received – selectable values: Blank, Yes, No

Dashboard - Not Updated in 3 Days

  • Updated the logic to pull loads based on the date of update, not based on date & time of 72 hours.
  • Results pulled will be based on the last date of modification of the load.

Customer Profile - Support for international phone numbers

  • Added a check box called "Free Format" to the following pages:
    • Customer - Add New
    • Customer Profile - Edit General Information
  • This will allow users to freely type in an international phone number in its proper format without the restrictions currently based on a US format.

UpdateShipment API

  • Added NA field for Hazmat shipments.
  • This has been added to both global and client-specific endpoints.

Inbound EDI 204

  • Added ability to map addresses from an EDI transaction to the customer's address book based on Load or Drop points.
  • The system will automatically apply relevant address details to the newly created shipment.

System Default - Show Location Details in Source Capacity Notifications

  • Added new default that will display more info on the rate request emails sent out of the Source Capacity section.
  • The new fields included are:
    • Shipping & Receiving Locations (Company Name, Full address)
    • Contact Details (name, phone number, email address)
    • Public notes

System Default - Enable POD or BOL as public

  • Added new default that will allow a user's system to determine if PODs and/or BOLs will be uploaded as a public view type document.

ComData

  • Integrated Comdata's API which will allow the following:
    • Generate a ComData code per stop and set a ComData Fee Amount.
    • This will automatically add ComData as a 'carrier' to the load and the payable for that code is automatically confirmed.
    • This will sync over to QuickBooks as a payable entry.

Convoy

  • Added ability to send the BOL Instructions to Convoy's platform.
    • NOTE: In Convoy's system, this is mapped to the Load Description section. In order to separate Product Descriptions & BOL Instructions, we've hardcoded these two values to be inserted in front of their respective descriptions to make it easy to read.
    • The two sections are separated by a "|" character.

Dashboard Tiles

  • Updated ability to display both Provider and Carrier Names in the carrier column.

TriumphPay

  • Updated to send both Pickup and Delivery stops as drops.

Report Builder

  • Added "AP Bill Carrier Factor Name" to shipment type report.

Customer Product Catalog

  • When adding a new product, the class value will now default to "Select Class".

Customer Address Book

  • Added new column called "Created Date" which displays the date the address book entry was created.

Bug Fixes

Haulistic

  • Fixed rating issue where the LCR was displaying the General Quote Number instead of the Carrier Quote Number.

XPO Logistics

  • Fixed E-Dispatch issue where pickup requests were not sending the proper piece and pallet count.

Pitt Ohio

  • Fixed issue where E-Docs were only retrieving the first page of an electronic document.

Central Transport

  • Fixed E-Dispatch issue where the ampersand character (&) was causing issues when sending out the pickup request.

Magnum Logistics

  • Mapped accessorials Government Site Pickup and Government Site Delivery.
  • Fixed rating issue where failed rates from US to Canada were not displaying the request/response in the LCR.

Standard Forwarding

  • Mapped accessorials Government Site Pickup and Government Site Delivery.

ECHO Logistics

  • Fixed issue with accessorial mappings for Residential Pickup and Delivery.

DAT Loadboard

  • Fixed issue where the system was using the wrong StateProv indication for the QC province when posting to DAT.

BOL Document

  • Fixed issue where the text at the end of the first page was displaying as cut off on the next page.

Tariff Profile

  • Fixed issue where users were getting errors when re-ordering service lanes and duplicate lanes were then created.
  • Fixed issue where if a service lane contained the accessorial "Excessive Length", this was not being added at the time of rating.

Report Builder

  • Fixed issue where staff members who are reflected as Disabled status in the system were not appearing on reports.
  • Fixed issue where results were incorrect when filtered by AR Created Date.

Source Capacity

  • Fixed issue where emails were not going out to all primary contacts and or those marked with Send Rate Request.
    • NOTE: This is only when the global default "Strict Send Rate Request" is set to false.

Custom Text

  • Fixed issue where the Reset button did not reset the text for that section.
    • NOTE: If the reset button is clicked, the custom text will reset back to the system defaulted text.

Public/Private Notes

  • Fixed issue where the public and private notes were not carrying over from the previous load when creating a new load via full form. This is not through the Duplicate Shipment action.

Delivery Date Passed

  • Fixed issue where if filtering by shipment mode on the dashboard, results in this section were not accurately being displayed.

Advanced Search

  • Fixed issue where if users attempting to filter the results from the search were not getting accurate results.
  • Extended the display of columns so all fields can be seen without getting cut off on the screen.

Dashboard Tile

  • Fixed issue where users could not sort the PRO Number column on the In Transit and Delivered tiles.
  • Fixed issue where shipments marked as Delivered on the In Transit tile were displaying a warning message about incorrect date and time.

Miscellaneous

  • Fixed issue where a warning message about spaces in a zip code for Canadian zips were stopping users from creating/saving loads.
    • NOTE: Spaces after a US zip code will be flagged to prevent issues with rating and locations.
  • Fixed issue where an additional "In-Transit" button was indicated on the load profile.
