New Features & Enhancements:

REMINDER: Saia Freight API update

• Updated Saia’s API to the latest - now requires a subscription key per account.
• Please be sure to have this ready prior to tonight’s release in order to not have any interruption to your Saia rates via API.
• This will be a new field in the Saia API setup.

• The webhook key will now be hidden and auto-generated when activated.

New Feature: Division Hierarchy

• New default to be enabled.

• Purpose:

  • Structures divisions into a clear, tree-like hierarchy
  • Prevents creation of "rogue" divisions
  • Provides granular access control

• Key Features:

  • Requires Division Management to be enabled
  • Each division must have a master division
    • This prevents rogue divisions
  • Establishes a hierarchical level system (Global division = Level 1)

• Access Control:

  • Users with Global division sees all divisions
  • Divisional users only see their division and child divisions
  • Affects:
    • Customer lists  * Carrier lists  * Dashboards  * Tracking pages

• Hierarchy Example:

• Important Notes:

  • Optional feature for Division Management
  • Can be enabled/disabled
  • New divisions default to global for their master divisions
  • Provides flexibility in reorganizing divisions

• Practical Impact:

  • Restricts user access based on division
  • Prevents unauthorized viewing of other division data
  • Allows precise control over information visibility

Send Docs - Electronic Signature

• Fixed issue where Send Docs was only sending out a link to sign but not a PDF attachment if document was signed.
  • There is now an option the Send Docs window that, if checked, will send a link for documents selected to be signed by a customer or carrier. Only Delivery Order and Labels cannot be signed.
  • Recipient will receive a link or links in the body of the email to view and sign the document. Docs that have been previously signed but are selected to send again will come through as a PDF attachment.
  • If the recipient would like to receive a signed copy of the document, they can enter their email at the bottom of the e-sign doc to receive a confirmation once triggered.

Bug Fixes

Priority 1

• Fixed issue where PRO Number was not pulling back after load was E-Dispatched.

Roadrunner Transportation

• Fixed issue where Excessive Length accessorial was not mapped correctly to include ranges of 12-16ft, 16-20ft, 20-27ft and > 27ft.

XPO Logistics

• Fixed issue where palletized multiple commodities were not rating properly with dimensions.

Customer Profile - Preferences

• Fixed issue where preference options “Automation Post to Loadboards” and “Remove postings from all load boards once Booked Covered” were not displaying for staff to enable/disable.

Shipment Profile

• Fixed issue with users unable to save the trailer or tractor number.
• Fixed issue where an error occurred if a user left or updated one of the dimension fields to empty.
