RPA is taking one repeatable process and automating it. It can be taking a load from an email and having the software create a shipment.
Machine Learning is a model to help the AI learn from the data given to the software. An engineer could build a model to find a truckload carrier based on disparate data for example.
The AI then would use machine learning to recommend a truckload carrier as it analyzes the data sets.
