GetLoads - Label Counts

• Added an opt-in labelCountByItems=true parameter to shipment document APIs, allowing eligible customers to generate one shipping label per booked item quantity instead of using the default pallet-based label count.
• This applies to both standard and Zebra label URLs in LoadDocsbyURL and GetShipmentDocuments. Existing behavior remains unchanged when the parameter is omitted or false.

GetLoads - Carrier RateQuoteID

• The global GetLoads API endpoint has been enhanced to return the carrier rate quote ID value. This value is pulled directly from the "Rate Quote" reference field displayed on the front-end shipment profile.

GetLoads - customerId

• Added optional customerId filtering support to the Client API GetLoads endpoints, enabling integrators to retrieve loads for a specific customer.
