GlobalRatingAllDetails API
- Updated the POST /api/rating/GlobalRatingAllDetails endpoint so that invalid or failed carrier quotes (e.g., GlobalTranz rate requests affected by weekend/holiday pickup dates) now return descriptive error messages instead of omitting the carrier details entirely.
