• Fixed an issue where API integrations could bypass "On Hold" or "Disabled" customer statuses set in BrokerWare customer profiles.
  • Enforced customer status checks across all relevant API write endpoints (e.g., shipment creation, updates, rating).
  • API requests for customers marked "On Hold" or "Disabled" are now blocked and return an explicit error message indicating the restriction.
  • Active customer API functionality remains unchanged, and normal access is immediately restored once a customer status returns to active.
