New Features & Enhancements

Fresh X Integration

  • Fresh X specializes in carrier rates for LTL reefers.
  • This will only rate for RF LTL shipment mode only.
  • Temperature values are required.
    • Temperature: If max <= 10, FROZEN; if min > 40, AMBIENT; else CHILLED
  • Transit times default to 7 days.
  • E-Dispatch, API Tracking and Electronic Documents are also available.
  • Please reach out to Fresh X for the API key required for the setup.

Revised Invoices

  • Added "Total Balance Due" to the body of revised invoices to indicate the total amount due with all invoices.

R&L Carriers

  • Updated the rating API to now support the rate option "Expedited Charges" which is available when applicable for accounts.

Staff Permission - "Ability to Export Data"

  • Added new staff permission called "Ability to Export Data".
  • When enabled, this will display the Export to Excel icon on the respective pages they have access to download the current data. The new permission will be enabled by default upon release.
  • When disabled, the download button will be hidden from view. This includes all reports including Report Builder.

Text Locate

  • Added new setting called "Allow to update shipment status if not yet dispatched?".
  • This will help prevent status updates on shipments when shipments are not yet in Dispatched status.

Rating API Endpoint

  • Added "Bazaar Rates" to be included in the endpoint - api/rating/GlobalRatingAllDetails
  • Added 'isStackable' to the API to support commodity-level stackability.

Shipment API Endpoint

  • Added 'isStackable' to the API to support commodity-level stackability.

UpdateShipment API Endpoint

  • Added function to update the BolNumber and ReferenceNumber.

API Payload

  • Added visibility into the original API request payload for shipments created via API. This enhancement allows staff users to review and validate the exact JSON payload used at shipment creation, making it easier to troubleshoot issues and communicate required changes to customer integrations.

Persist LCR Rating Grid

  • We’ve enhanced the Shipment Profile experience by persisting the most recent Load Carrier Rating (LCR) results directly on the shipment. This allows both staff and customer users to quickly review previously rated carrier options without re-running rates or triggering new API calls.
  • This update is especially beneficial for customers using API integrations, where carrier selection happens programmatically and internal teams need visibility into the original rating decision.

Carrier Sales Reps Commissions

  • Updated logic surrounding carrier sales rep and their commissions:
    • If a carrier is added to a shipment by the carrier sales rep and then is REMOVED from the shipment, the carrier sales rep will also be removed.

Carrier Profile

  • Added new carrier preference called "Non-Commissionable".
  • When enabled, this will NOT calculate out the carrier sales rep commissions when this particular carrier is added to a shipment.
  • This will only affect new loads going forward when enabled.

Report Builder

  • Added new option called "Stop Number" to shipment type reports.
  • This will allow users to capture the stop number value that was assigned to commodity lines if applicable.

Bug Fixes

XPO Logistics

  • Fixed rating issue where the two Guaranteed Charges for XPO were not being included in the rate call.
    • GUR: Guaranteed
    • G12: Guaranteed by Noon

Haulistic

  • Fixed E-Dispatching issue where Haulistic was not returning a pickup number.

Standard Forwarding

  • Updated tracking link to carrier's latest version.

Estes Express Volume

  • Fixed rating issue where the rate did not appear due to the product description exceeding 50 characters.

Atcheson's Express

  • Fixed rating issue where there was an error in the returned response.

Dayton Freight

  • Fixed rating error message to display the correct error from the response in Failed Carriers.

Daylight Transport

  • Fixed API tracking issue where PRO numbers were not being pulled in via API which did not update tracking on shipments.

AAA Cooper

  • Fixed API tracking issue where shipments were not receiving tracking updates.

Priority One

  • Mapped the Storage Facility Pickup and Delivery accessorials to the Limited Access ones.

Bazaar

  • Fixed issue where Seller's updating the Cost amounts on their end were affecting the Buyer's Billed amounts to customers.

Report Builder

  • Fixed issue where accessorials were duplicated on report results.

Appointment Management

  • Fixed issue where FCFS indications were not correctly reflected on loads.
    • When FCFS is used, the Appt indications will reflect as NO as FCFS (First Come, First Serve) does not require any type of appointment to be made.

Fuel Schedule

  • Fixed issue where historical fuel values were being added to all fuel schedules when adding from the entry in the Schedule List.
  • Historical fuel added through the Schedule List entry will only be recorded for that fuel entry.
  • If the historical fuel is added through the Schedule Type entry, this entry will be recorded for all Schedule List entries using the fuel schedule.
