- Fixed issue where the mass rater was not properly supporting carrier AM Home Delivery to return rates.

- Fixed issue where accessorials from the Address Book that were added via EDI were being removed when Ship Mind was ran.

- Fixed issue where the B3 segment did not match the invoice number from the system.
Dashboard
- Fixed issue where shipments with an insurance vendor but no primary carrier on them were not appearing in the dashboard tiles.
- Shipments in this situation will be under the Booked - Not Covered tile.
