Default Disputes as Managed by Division
- Added a new drop down option to Divisions that will allow disputes to be managed by that division.
- When this setting is enabled for a division, any dispute created for a customer’s load under that division will have the "Managed by Division" box checked by default.
- This only applies if both global defaults Division Management and Division Hierarchy are enabled in a user's system.
Czar Lite Customer Contracts
- Custom Customer Tariffs: Users can now create and configure "Czar Lite" tariffs defined by specific lanes and carriers.
- Automated Rate Overrides: * When assigned to a customer, this tariff overrides existing blanket tariffs for standard rates only.
- Displays a fixed customer rate for applicable carriers/lanes.
- Non-covered carriers: The system will continue to display normal rate results for any carriers not included in the custom tariff.
- Preferred Carrier Selection: Added a "Preferred Carrier" field, allowing administrators to select specific carriers to be highlighted or prioritized on the customer’s rating page.
Bug Fixes
Change Customer & Payer
- Fixed issue where changing a customer & payer was not zeroing out the prio sales rep's commissions if the new customer/payer had a differnt sales rep.
- The previous sales rep's commission will now be zeroed out on the load and the new sales rep(s) will be added from the new customer/payer account if applicable.
