New Features & Enhancements
Carrier Contacts on Shipments
- Updated logic so that a carrier contact (when one exists) will always be added to the shipment profile upon choosing one from the LCR.
- They will be added in the following order:
- Primary Contact
- If no primary contact exists, it will populate the first contact added to the carrier's profile.
- If there are multiple primary contacts, it will take the first carrier contact that was marked as primary.
Custom Ref Fields
- Added an option where users can now 'deselect' a previously selected value when Field Type is a Drop Down.
- Users will now see --None-- as the option to choose if they no longer want the current value to be used.
Priority One
- Update Rating and E-Dispatching API.
SCAC code updates
- FedEx Economy Volume: this is now mapped to FXNL to support EDI and tracking updates.
- TForce Freight: Updated SCAC code to TFIN.
- Numark Transport: Updated SCAC code to NUMK.
Commission Report
- Added Dispatcher column to indicate the Dispatcher on the shipments.
Shipment Notes
- Enhanced shipment notes to include detailed AP Invoice lifecycle events (approval, removal, resync) with user/system attribution and timestamps, improving audit visibility and compliance while preventing gaps in financial traceability.
CSR
- Added a new feature that will automatically email the original CSR submitter when a CSR reaches Fully Approved/Completed status, improving communication while preventing missed completion updates.
- Added a new feature that will notify only the assigned Regional Managers when a CSR is pending or denied, including denial details, to improve response time and prevent missed approvals.
Mass Print BOLs in Bulk Action
- This feature allows users to mass download BOLs from multiple loads while in the dashboard tiles.
- This is available in tiles Booked Covered, Confirm Pickups and In Transit.
- Use the Action drop down menu and choose Print BOL(s) for the loads selected.
- Max of 50 loads are allowed to be bulked together.
Project44
- Added the ability to send a custom SCAC code to P44 instead of the actual carrier's SCAC on loads to ensure P44 can correctly identify shipments under the user's account.
- This can be set up under the Project44Carrier Integration using "Custom" for the "Use Load's Carrier SCAC or Custom SCAC" option.
Hide Customer's Open Balance from All Users
- Added new global default that, when enabled, will hide the Open Balance info from a customer's profile. This is applicable to all staff users, including Admins.
Hide System-Generated shipping labels
- Added a new carrier profile preference that when enabled, will hide the system-generated labels and only display the E-Labels returned from the carrier if applicable and the E-Label is not expired.
- This would pertain to carrier/providers such as AIT, FragilePak and Metropolitan.
- Users can still access system-generated labels by expanding the collapsed section titled "Show system-generated labels".
- If an E-Label expires or is not returned with this carrier preference enabled, the system-generated labels will not be moved to the collapsed section.
Highway - Load Lock
- Added a new setting in the integration setup called "Load Lock".
- When enabled, once a carrier is assigned, any changes to the shipment will automatically be sent to Highway's Load Lock.
- This includes potential issues such as a carrier being overbooked or other risks involved.
- Notifications can be found in both shipment notes and internal notification section (bell icon).
- Added new fields for truck VINs and ELD numbers to provide more complete information for every load. These can be found on the shipment profile.
Highway
- Added new configuration called 'Set carrier status of "needs to onboard"'.
- This is set to Active by default.
- When disabled, carrier statuses with "needs to onboard" will be set to "Disabled" in the system.
- When the mass update job runs on Saturdays, this will check the Highway status for carriers and apply either an Active or Disabled status.
First Dispatcher
- Added a new field value on shipment profiles to separate out if multiple users dispatched the load out.
- The "First Dispatcher" now appears as an optional indication on shipment profiles, but only when a different user dispatches out the load later on.
- The value "Dispatched By" will indicate the last/most current user who set the load to Dispatched status.
- This will also be a field in Report Builder that can be added to reports for searchable purposes.
View-Only Access to Invoice Preferences
- This feature will grant division users view-only access to Invoice Preferences in Customer Tools, allowing visibility without permitting edits and preserving configuration control.
- This will affect only staff users in sub-divisions with the Divisions Hierarchy feature enabled.
- Staff in the Global Division will still have access to edit a customer's Invoice Preference.
AM Home Delivery
- Added the ability to return three (3) E-Documents upon a successful E-Dispatch request. The documents returned are:
- E-BOL
- E-Label
- Tracking link
Create Shipment API
- Added ability to return Shiplify accessorials automatically.
- This behavior is only on newer API URLs.
- Use v1.3 or higher on the v1 Customer or Client API path (for example /api/v1.3/… or /api/clientv1.3/… instead of /api/v1/… or /api/clientv1/…), or
- Use any v2+ route (for example /api/v2/…, /api/clientv2/…).
- If you stay on v1.0, requests behave as before: no automatic merge of Shiplify tariff accessorials from pickup/delivery addresses.
Transactional BOL
- Updated the Transactional BOL number to use the Load Number as its value.
Shiplify
- Added functionality to allow users to enable or disable Shiplify at the customer and/or Division level.
- When "Prevent Auto Apply Shiplify Accessorials" is enabled, Shiplify will not automatically add accessorials that it suggests to loads to be rated.
- Shiplify accessorial suggestions can still be observed on stops, however, the suggested accessorial(s) will NOT be added to the shipment.
- This can be enabled at each division level or in a customer's Preferences on the customer profile.
Deliveright
- Added carrier's logo to the system using SCAC code DEPW.
- This is related to shipments rated and booked with Onward Delivery.
Exclude Auto Approval AP Invoice
- Added a new feature for Divisions that, when enabled, will move APs into the AP Audit section regardless if the auto-approval function confirmed its payable and went through all reviews.
- Must have Workflows default enabled.
Reference # Column
- Added a new column with a searchable field called Reference # to the following locations:
- Customer profile: Shipments section
- Customer Tracking Report
Create Claim API
- Developed ClientV1\Claim\Create to facilitate programmatic claim submission.
- Claims can now be created via API so long as shipments are in the status of In Transit or further.
- Configured to handle the carrier name and SCAC codes in the Claims Log.
- Link to Knowledge Base Article: Create Claim API
Convoy
- Added the ability to send public notes from each stop over to Convoy.
- Note updates can be pushed via Convoy' Update if needed.
- Added the ability to post multiple loads to Convoy from the Booked - Not Covered tab.
- Updated the Convoy postings to show stops as Pickup or Drop based on the Stop Type value.
- Stops that are indicated as Both from the BrokerWare side will post as Pick Up on Convoy's end.
- Stop Types cannot be updated on Convoy's end; users will need to cancel the load and post a new one with the corrected labels.
Triumph Rate Intelligence - Carrier Charge Tariff
- This update introduces a new cost basis for carrier tariffs, allowing users to leverage Triumph Rate Intelligence directly within their custom carrier cost tariffs.
- Base Rate Triumph Rate Intelligence: A new Cost Basis option is now available for Custom Carrier Cost Tariffs. (Note: This is restricted to carrier tariffs and will not appear for customer charge tariffs).
- Dynamic Rate Mapping: When this cost basis is selected, the system will pull values based on the following logic:
- Target Rate: Calculated as Verified Low Buy Rate × Distance.
- Max Buy Rate: Pulled from the Verified Total Rate mapping.
Bug Fixes

Carrier Integrations
- Fixed issue where duplicated carrier setups were created due to disabled carriers with the same SCAC code.
Show Terminal Address
- Fixed issue where FedEx Volume SCAC code FXEV was not being recognized to pull back terminal information.
CSR
- Fixed issue where emails removed from the system were still being considered as used, therefore users could not add them to another account.
- Fixed issue where emails in the Revise Customer page were being flagged as already in use by another profile.
- Fixed issue where customer contacts were not activating after final approval of the CSR entry.
- Fixed several errors with the Revise Customer tool.
- Fixed issue where Payment Terms were not saving upon creating a new customer profile.
Bazaar
- Fixed issue where to stop regression after E-Dispatching when buyers move the load backwards in status.
- Added logic to prevent buyers from moving loads back to Quoted or Booked status after a load is E-Dispatched to the seller. Buyers will need to cancel the load and contact the seller to also have it canceled on their end.
- Buyers can no longer re-instate Bazaar loads to be re-used for non-Bazaar shipments.
CreateShipment API
- Added versioned API base URLs. The integration a user's system picks is based on the path being called.
- The original path is unchanged - clients using the previous versions will keep the same behavior until a newer base path is chosen.
- v1 (original path)
- No changes. Behavior matches what you have today.
- v1.1
- Get loads: Carrier vs provider in the response is updated (which name and identifiers appear under carrier vs provider). Other operations behave like v1.
- v1.2 and later
- Get loads: Same as v1.1.
- Rating and booking (including flows that use a saved rate quote): If pallet-related fields are missing, we can fill them from your commodity lines before rating or creating the shipment, so results better match palletized freight.
- On the original v1 path, that commodity-based pallet defaulting does not run.
- v1 (original path)
- To adopt corrected Get loads only, move to v1.1 and regression-test any logic that consumes carrier, provider, codes, or SCAC fields on load carriers.
- To also adopt commodity-derived pallet defaults, use v1.2 or higher on the v1 line.
Master Accounts
- Fixed issue where contacts added to the Master Account profile were not auto defaulting to customer level access Admin.
- A Note on Create Login is displayed to warn users that contacts created in this manner will default to Admin access.
- Fixed issue where customer logins converting to a Master Account contact via sub account were not updating to reflect an Admin access. This was occurring on contacts who originally were not Admins at the time of converting.
TriumphPay Audit
- Fixed multiple issues including
- Loads not always being sent to TP Audit
- Load statuses and carrier costs not updating
- Carrier changes on load not reflecting in TP Audit
- New carriers not being sent over
EDI 210 Matching
- Fixed issue where loads that were In Transit status could not have an EDI 210 matched to the load.
Staff Efficiency Report
- Fixed issue where the report was timing out due to filtering parameters.
Lost Opportunity Report
- Fixed issue where the report was displaying the wrong carrier if a secondary carrier was manually added to the load and made the primary carrier.
Dispute Log
- Fixed issue where previously resolved disputes were being reopened when a second dispute is created for the same load.
- Fixed logic issue where when canceling a dispute, the pop up to verify the dispute's cancellation and select OK to cancel or Cancel to return back, would cancel it regardless of which option was chosen.
Duplicated Carriers on tracking reports & tiles
- Fixed issue where carrier names not matching a provider's carrier name were being duplicated in the display of certain reports.
Report Builder
- Fixed issue where the end date of the Between filter was being removed if the filter option was toggled.
- Added Transaction BOL as a reportable field. This can be found in the Invoice section of shipment type reports.
- Must have Workflows default enabled.

- Fixed issue where incorrect search results would occur when using ampersand (&) and single apostrophe ( ' ) characters.
Book & E-Dispatch
- Fixed issue to better the positioning of the Custom Reference modal when opened in the Book & E-Dispatch modal.
EDI 210 Matching (Workflow enabled)
- Fixed issue where manually matched EDI 210s were not keeping the original cost of the load.
Claims
- Fixed issue where the "Request Claims" button was missing on shipments that already had a dispute added.
LCR
- Fixed issue where users were getting an internal server error due to carriers timing out. The defaulted time for the LCR to run is 30 seconds, unless a global default time value is set.
