- Resolved an issue restoring the visibility of the "Book" and "Quote" action buttons for Bazaar shipments by refining the status locking logic to only trigger after a successful E-Dispatch.

- Implemented enhanced validation logic for electronic document signing to prevent duplicate dispatching of loads caused by simultaneous signature requests.
