LCR
- Added the ability to sort the Customer Charge column by ascending or descending order.
- This is available for both staff and customer users.
Parade
- Added a new configuration that will allow users to override the default "commodity" on loads sent to Parade.
- This can be found in the Partner Integration setup for Parade using field "Override Commodity Description with Custom Reference Field (Customer Preference)" set to Yes.
- The system will need a shipment type Custom Reference text type field checked off with "Use as Parade Commodity Line" which will allow users to enter a value per shipment as the override commodity description value to be sent to Parade.

Report Builder
- Added a new reportable called “Has AP Received” to quickly identify loads with AP documentation/invoice received, improving audit visibility while preventing missed follow-ups and delayed processing.
- Must have the Workflows default enabled.
Pilot Freight
- Mapped accessorials Beyond Pickup and Beyond Delivery for rating.
Bulk Cancel Quoted & Booked Loads
- Added the ability to allow users to cancel loads in bulk from a customer's profile.
- This can be done in the Shipments section by select one or multiple from the Quoted or Pending Dispatch tabs.
EDI 210 - Outbound
- Added ITEM_DESC_50 as an option to truncate commodity descriptions up to 50 characters.
AP Audit
- Added logic to support the visibility of hierarchical data across divisions and their subdivisions.
- Users assigned to a parent division will now see records from both parent and child divisions.
Macropoint Tracking Enhancements
- Added the following features for the Macropoint Integration:
- Two-Way Messaging
- Allows user to send a message to the driver's Macropoint App.
- Internal notifications via bell icon can be enabled per staff with Macropoint Messaging - Assigned To and Dispatcher.
- Schedule Alert Updates
- Alerts that will pull ETAs into the Macropoint Tracking modal on shipments.
- Filter link added to Dashboard called "Macropoint Alert Changes" that will flag shipments with critical status codes:
- Behind Schedule (2)
- Cannot Make It (3)
- Past Appointment (4)
- Macropoint Driver Documents (requires additional subscription)
- When enabled, this will allow users to receive details/images for a shipment from a driver when shipment is being delivered.
- Two-Way Messaging
Customer Preference - Show Informational Unit Count on commodity lines
- Customers can now capture a Unit Count on each shipment commodity line (in addition to Pieces).
- Visibility is controlled by a customer setting (“Show Commodity Unit Count”). When enabled, users see Unit Count in the commodity editor and on supported documents/reports.
- A Unit Count field/column appears for commodity lines when the setting is on.
- Totals/summary rows in the commodity editor remain properly aligned when Unit Count is shown.
- BOL outputs can display Unit Count when the customer setting is enabled.
- Unit Count is also an available field for Report Builder - Shipment type reports.

Customer Preference - Hide BOL in Booked Not Covered Status
- Added new preference that, when enabled, will hide the BOL document on customer loads that are in Booked Not Covered status.
Customer Preference - Allow Shipment Booking Beyond Credit Limit
- When enabled, this will allow customer logins to move loads into Booked status even if their credit limit has been exceeded.
Document Upload - Shipment Notes
- Added more details to the note stamp when info is updated after a document is uploaded to a load.
- Notes will now capture the from and to values for all fields related to documents.
LCR - Add Terminal Info
- Added visibility to Terminal Information in the LCR / Run Rates screen.
- This is indicated by a location pin icon.
- Only available if Carrier Connect XL is enabled.
CreateShipment API
- Added an optional isLocalTime flag to the CreateShipment API
- When set to true, pickup and delivery date-time values are treated as already in local/display time and shown exactly as sent (no conversion)
- When false or omitted, values are treated as UTC and converted by the UI as per existing behavior.
API Endpoints
- Added equipmentType "SprinterVan" and accessorial "Straps" values for all 3PL APIs.
Customer Profile - Notifications
- Added two new notification options for Customer - "Pickup Number Received" & "Carrier PRO# Updated".
- When enabled, this will send automated customer emails with the BOL when key tracking identifiers (e.g., pickup number or PRO#) are received/updated via API, improving visibility and preventing missed tracking communications.
AR Approvals
- Added a separate hierarchy configuration for AR Approvals based on credit memos and re-bills.
- This will allow a distinct separation between CSR and AR Approval workflows.
CSR
- Enhanced the New CSR and Revised CSR screens to now dynamically display and filter CSR Sales Reps based on their selected division rather than defaulting to the user's home division.
- Updated logic to not allow multiple CSRs to approve a single CSR request simultaneously.
- If one user is viewing and editing the request, others will see an edit warning indicating which user is currently in the request.
Outbound EDI 210s
- Enhanced the EDI Setup tool to allow for greater flexibility in document management. Users can now configure specific subdirectories within an EDI template for invoice backup documents.
Linear Feet Side-by-Side Loading Optimization
- Updated the linear feet calculation to support side-by-side optimization.
- This change ensures that multiple items are calculated based on their combined width relative to standard trailer dimensions rather than simply summing all lengths end-to-end.
- Logic has been implemented to recognize when items can be placed side-by-side (within standard trailer widths of 96-102 inches).
Dashboard - In Transit
- Added two new tracking color indications for statuses Disposition and In Disposition.
- Disposition = Light Blue
- In Disposition = Dark Purple
- Updated legend to properly show the Appointment indication colors.
- Added column called "Last Manual Note".
DAT RateView
- Updated API endpoint to REST API.
- Added new configuration called "Rate Contributions" which will allow the system to automatically send rate data to DAT in real-time once the load is Delivered.
- Updated token caching logic to reuse a single access token that's valid for 30 minutes.

FragilePak
- Updated the view permission for E-BOL and E-Label documents to default to Public when the carrier returns these documents.
Roadrunner Transportation
- Integrated Roadrunner's Volume API to provide rates for volume-sized shipments based on linear and cubic feet calculations.
- To enable, visit this carrier's integration setup and set Enable Carrier Volume to Yes.
AM Home Delivery
- Added the ability to display the E-Label document to customer users.
Macropoint
- Added a new setting called "Force Dispatch Sequence" that, when enabled, if a shipment is in a status prior to "Dispatched" and receives a MacroPoint update for a later status, the system will now automatically trigger the Dispatch sequence first.
- This will ensure all required system notes are generated and the full status of shipment history is preserved.
Parcel Form
- Updated the workflow for using this form:
- Added Shipping & Receiving date and time fields.
- Implemented a new customer Preference called "Default Parcel Package Type".
- Added the ability to edit the Shipper # and PO Reference # fields.
- Added a Dispatch button directly to Parcel shipment profiles.
- Added Duplicate and Exact Duplicate to Parcel shipment profiles.
- Fixed the Go To shortcut on Parcel shipment profiles to correctly direct users back to the standard Parcel form.
Highway - Load Lock
- Added 'Need Help' info to the partner integration modal.
Cross Country Freight
- Implemented API Tracking for the carrier's integration.

GetLoad API
- Updated GetLoad and GetLoads API responses to provide a direct link between cost components and specific carriers.
- Added carrierName and carrierId fields to each object within the items[] array. This allows users to identify which carrier is responsible for specific linehaul costs.
- Added carrierName and carrierId fields to each object within the accessorials[] array. This ensures every additional charge (e.g., Fuel Surcharge, TONU, Waiting Time) is explicitly mapped to the correct service provider.
OnWard Delivery
- Added OnWard as an option to be a Final Mile carrier option in the LCR.

- Added ability to send invoices over to NetSuite via API.

- Fixed issue where E-Documents were not uploading consistently into the system for shipments.

EDI 210 Matching (Workflow enabled)
- Fixed further issues where manually matched EDI 210s were not keeping the original cost of the load and displaying incorrect amounts on the AP Audit modal.
Service Lane - Service Provided
- Fixed issue where if the "Service Provided" value was left as --Select-- the saved service lane would default to "No" as the Service Provided.
- Users are now required to select a value in order to save or update service lanes.
Duplicate Action
- Fixed issue where duplicating shipments with multiple stops were not carrying all stops over to the full form.
View Rates / Rate Quote Snapshot
- Fixed issue where the Max Cargo Liability information was not displaying in the View Rates modal.
Global Tariff Transit Times Calculation
- Fixed issue where estimated delivery times were not properly calculating if global tariffs that are non-API based had a Transit Time (days) indicated on a service used.
- The Estimated Delivery Date will now properly calculate out the estimated delivery day using the Transit Time (days) value if applicable from the pickup date.
- If the calculated estimated delivery date falls on a weekend, it will presume the next business day.
- Service lanes with a 0 Transit Time value will automatically default to 3 days out for the estimated delivery or the next business day should it fall on a weekend.
Advanced Booking
- Fixed issue where addresses marked as 'Save to address book' from the Book & E-Dispatch modal were not saving to the customer's profile.
Power BI Reports
- Fixed issue where reports are intermittently not displaying on pages configured with the Power BI integration.
- Fixed issue where Power BI Report Names and Display Priorities were not appearing after configuring the report.
Shipment Notes
- Fixed issue where shipment notes were not indicating the proper SCAC code when accessorials and linehauls were changed from one carrier to another.
AR Invoicing
- Fixed issue where sorting the columns by POD Uploaded or BOL Uploaded, the indications were getting mixed up with other loads.
Customer Address Book
- Fixed issue where the customer users were able to access the field "Assign To" on address book entries. This is now only for staff users.
Exact Duplicate
- Fixed issue where shipments with multiple stops did not properly reflect the dates and times from the Exact Duplicate modal.
- Intermediate and final stops will now have the Delivery From and Delivery dates and times applied upon Exact Duplicating.
Source Capacity - Lane History
- Fixed issue where carriers that were in status On Hold or Conditional were available to be selected as a Participating Carrier from the Lane History section.
- Users will still be able to view these carriers if returned in the search results, but will not be able to select them.
Receive Payable
- Fixed issue where carrier amounts were not matching the commodity values.
Report Builder
- Fixed issue where report schedules were being 'reset' to a defaulted time and days when a user hits "Save email schedule".
- Users must be editing the Daily, Weekly or Monthly tab in order to save the latest changes to a sending report schedule.
EDI Template Tool
- Fixed issue where shipper and consignee location codes were not being included in the outbound EDI 210 file.
Lost Opportunity Report
- Fixed issue where this report was not matching the View Rates/Rate Quote Snapshot of the suggested lowest cost load.
CreateShipment API
- Fixed issue where the api/clientv1/CreateShipmentAPI did not pull the shipment's special instructions as the Bill of Lading note that's stored in the customer's preference.
- Fixed issue where shipments created via API remained in Quoted status despite the customer profile Preference being set to Booked.
Admin Report - Transaction Detail
- Fixed issue where users assigned to a specific division with Division Hierarchy enabled were seeing all divisions.
Document Mass Uploader
- Fixed issue where documents uploaded by this tool were not properly uploading them to the shipments.
Advanced Required Fields
- Fixed issue where the "Description" field was not enforced when enabled via Advanced Required Fields on the short form.
- Fixed issue where the NMFC field was not properly displaying as 'green' when a value was entered when set as a required field.
Shipment Profile
- Fixed issue where the "NEED APPT" flag was not properly saving in the UI display.
Staff Access - Customer Sales
- Fixed issue where users with Customer Sales were unable to choose or update the Shipment Mode on loads.
E-Dispatch
- Fixed issue where pickup date and times were using the user's time zone rather than the time zone of the actual stop.
Hazmat Products on BOLs
- Fixed issue where BOLs were displaying "Not Specified" if a hazmat product did not have a value for the Packaging Group.
Customer Portal
- Fixed issue where customer logins were able to see the third party provider on loads in the Shipment Data Table and Tracking Report.
Highway - Load Lock
- Fixed issue where shipments were going to Highway when their shipment mode was not Truckload. Only loads in shipment mode Truckload will pass over to Highway via API.
