Weight Unit Conversions - Rating & E-Dispatching

• Implemented logic to ensure that if an API carrier doesn't have a weight unit type specified during rating or e-dispatching, the system will automatically convert and send the weight values in Pounds (LB).
• This handles logic for multiple weight types (such as converting Tonnage or KG to LB) across all carriers, resolving mismatched rating issues and ensuring accurate weight transmissions.

ECHO Global Logistics

• Fixed rating issue indicating there was an issue with carrier cost.

Shipment Profile

• Fixed issue where the warning message "Shipment has been modified. Please rerun rates." was incorrectly being displayed after loads were invoiced.
