BOL Document Template

• Added a new global default that, when enabled, will have a more exclusive, limited customization document format to Letter size (replacing the old A4 default), added headers to subsequent pages, and implemented pagination logic to prevent tables from splitting awkwardly across multiple pages.
• This document will not be considering multi-stops to be displayed.
• Please reach out to 3PL Support to enable this.

Enable Commodity Product Catalog Picker

• Added a new global default that, when enabled, will add a Product Catalog shortcut directly to the Short form to allow users to open up a product catalog pop-up that displays all saved products tied to the customer.
• Users can search via description, code or NMFC values.

Division - Booked Shipment Emails

• Automatically sends an awarded/booked shipment notification email to the respective division email only when a shipment is created and booked by an external customer user.
• Must have Division Hierarchy + Workflows enabled.

LCR - Service Level Filtering

• LCR now supports Service Level Groups so operations can group carrier-specific service levels under consistent names (for example, Threshold, Room of Choice, White Glove) and filter rate results on the Run Rates screen without changing how rates are calculated or how carrier mappings work.

Admin Tools - System Status

• Added new tool that provides visibility into the operational health of all major services to highlight what is active or experiencing downtime.
• Staff Admins can view the reported material.
• ClientSuperAdmin are allowed to configure the report.

BOL

• Added the Shipper and Consignee Contact Email to the BOL document.

Simplified Density Calculator

• Introduced a Simplified Density Calculator enhancement for the Quote and Shipment screens to streamline dimension and weight entries.
• This provides users with a clean, focused view while maintaining core automatic calculation capabilities.
• Designed a simplified layout containing only the essential required fields:
  • Length (IN)
  • Width (IN)
  • Height (IN)
  • Weight (LBS)
  • Quantity
  • Density (LBS/CBFT)
• Added new global default called "Default to Simplified Density Calculator" where, if enabled, will automatically default all users to the new simplified calculator view when used.
  • Users can manually check or uncheck an option to switch to the simplified version as needed.

Customer Preference - Hide Credit Limit on Customer Details

• New customer profile preference that, when enabled, will hide the Credit Limit value from customer logins. Staff views will not change.

Report Builder

• Added new field to shipment type reports called "Original Dispatched Date" which will capture the original date a load was dispatched on.
• Added new column called "Assigned Customer" to the Report Builder grid to display which customer(s) the report is assigned to at a quick glance.
• Added new reporting field called Total Accessorial Charges Excl. Fuel which will allow users to isolate non-fuel accessorial costs by reporting on the total billed accessorial charges for a shipment while explicitly excluding any fuel surcharge amounts.

Show Required Fields on LCR Short Form Book

• Added new global default that, when enabled, reuses the missing fields validation pop-up from the Advanced Booking form when a user attempts to book a load originating from the short/quote form, while ensuring the automated carrier dispatch is not prematurely triggered.
• The missing required fields validation pop-up now triggers only when a user creates a load via the short form and attempts to award it; it will not prompt during a full form entry.
• If all required fields are already complete (e.g., via Product Catalog selection), the workflow proceeds seamlessly without displaying the pop-up.
• Added a mandatory warning requiring users to re-run rates if they modify fields that impact pricing (such as zip codes, pieces, class, dimensions, or shipment value) before they can finalize the booking of the carrier's rate.

Convoy

• Added a new field for the integration called "Override Commodity Description with Custom Reference Field (Customer Preference)".
• When enabled, this allows users to override the default commodity line.
• Will need to setup a Custom Reference field under Load and check off "Use as Convoy Commodity Line. This option can only be enabled for a single custom reference field globally.
• In customer's preference, the setting 'Enable Convoy Custom Reference Field Commodity Override" must be enabled.

Rate with Low Cost

• Introduced a new mass action option allowing users to rate multiple loads simultaneously and automatically select the least-cost carrier for shipments.
• This feature is only available in the Quoted and Booked - Not Covered tiles.
• Shipments selected and pending in the queue will rate every 10 minutes.
• In Admin Reports, the report called "Rating with Low Cost Queue" will display the status of each load's progress noting if it was completed, failed or processing.

Priority One - E-Dispatching

• Added a new configuration setting “Send Reference # on dispatch” within the Priority1 carrier integration screen.
• When enabled, the LoadId maps to the Bill_of_Lading and the user-defined Reference # maps to the Customer_Reference to align with Priority1 CABO TMS system requirements.

Shiplify

• Customer Preference: A new setting, "Auto Lift Gate for Shiplify No Dock / No Forklift", has been added to Customer Tools (disabled by default).
• When enabled, the system automatically appends LGDE (Lift Gate Delivery) or LGPK (Lift Gate Pickup) to the respective stops if:
  • Shiplify reports both Dock Access = No and Forklift Access = No.
  • Shiplify returns a high-confidence A-tier accuracy level (A1, A2, A3, or A4) for both data points.
• Lift Gate will not be automatically applied if either dock or forklift access is available, if Shiplify returns a U-tier (low confidence) result, or if the lookup fails/returns incomplete data.

Assign Stops

• New global default added called "Enable Multi-Stop".
• When enabled, this gives the ability to assign commodities and accessorials to specific pickup and drop addresses.
  • Commodities can be assigned to exactly one pickup and one drop stop.
  • Accessorials can be assigned to multiple stops.
• Master & Sub BOL Generation: Created dedicated pages and structures for Master BOLs and Sub BOLs. Single-stop loads will automatically default to the regular BOL view to prevent user confusion.

Miscellaneous

• Added the current release number to system pages, located at the bottom.

Bug Fixes

ABF Freight

• Fixed issue where Fuel Surcharge rates were being indicated as a separate charge whereas the ABF response already included the fuel.

Onward Delivery

• Fixed an issue where the final-mile delivery was preventing the LCR from running when it failed to return a rate.

Priority One

• Fixed issue with carrier cost error affecting Pitt Ohio rates.
• Fixed rating issue where users were getting an object reference not set to an instance message.

Estes Express

• Fixed API tracking issue where standing delivery appointments were not updating shipments.

Polaris Transport

• Fixed API tracking issue where updates were not reflecting on shipments.

FedEx Freight

• Fixed issue with carrier cost error.

Customer Access

• Fixed issue where customer logins could still modify billed amounts and accessorials even if "Allow Shipment Commodity Edits" was disabled.

Dashboard

• Fixed issue where count displays on individual dashboard tiles did not match the count within each tile when filtering by shipment mode.

TriumphPay Audit

• Fixed issue where the system incorrectly filtered dispute causes incorrectly instead of checking the actual dispute status.

Report Builder

• Fixed issue where the "IN" filter was not returning results when using it in the Created By field.
• Fixed issue where results were not produced due to custom reference fields being added to the report.
• Fixed issue where Non-Compliance Event fields were not returning results when used on reports.
• Fixed issue where the Search Fields function was not finding all fields.
• Fixed issue where Carrier Tracking Link caused an error when generating results.
• Fixed issue where shipments that did not have a selected accessorial were incorrectly displaying a value of 0 instead of NULL in report columns.
  • This caused reports to pull unintended shipment records and made it difficult for users to distinguish between a $0 charge and an unassigned accessorial.

Combined Rates

• Fixed issue where the UI display issue when duplicating a load with a combined rate caused shipper and consignee city/state information to disappear, improperly turning the valid zip code field red when middle stops were modified.
  • Optimized the duplication workflow by preventing the automatic copying of final-mile agent stops (such as Onward integration middle stops) to the new full form, as these are uniquely tied to the original load. Manually added middle stops will continue to carry over normally.

Customer Profile - Shipments

• Fixed issue where the status tabs would not load past 3 pages if there were more than 5 rows of data requested.

BOL

• Fixed issue where the Bill To section displayed a blank contact and MC# field. This has now been removed.
• Fixed issue where the UN indication for Hazmat commodities was showing as NA.

Parcel Form

• Fixed an issue where using the "Exact Duplicate" feature on a parcel load incorrectly created a duplicate shipment in the standard LTL format. It now correctly retains the parcel layout and semantics.
• Fixed the "Create new shipment" shortcut routing so that users are properly directed back to the parcel form layout instead of the regular full form when launching it from an active parcel load.
• Corrected a layout misalignment in the "edit commodity" view where the billed and cost profit margin fields/boxes were shifted. They are now properly aligned.

DAT Rateview

• Fixed an issue where users were getting an object reference error when attempting to pull and update Market Rates.

EDI 210 setup

• Fixed an issue where an error occurred when users attempted to delete a previous EDI 210 template.

Excessive Length accessorial

• Fixed an issue where if a markup existed on the Excessive Length accessorial and was then removed, the markup still persisted on loads.

AP Aging Detail

• Fixed an issue where columns were displaying incorrect total amounts.

Macropoint

• Fixed an issue where Macropoint tracking updates were inadvertently wiping out the PO Number and Shipper Numbers and was also overwriting scheduled Pickup/Delivery time windows with incorrect values.

ClassIt

• Fixed an issue where the system failed to auto-populate a freight class if certain NMFCs lacked a sub-class indication.

TriumphPay

• Optimized the processing speed between Triumph Pay and BrokerWare.

EDI 214 Tracking

• Fixed an issue where receiving an EDI 214 tracking event status update (e.g., terminal arrival) without an explicit ETA would automatically overwrite the shipment's estimated delivery date with the event timestamp. The estimated delivery date now remains unchanged unless a new ETA is explicitly provided.

Staff Permissions

• Fixed an issue where the Carriers menu was hidden from staff profiles logged in with Customer Sales access, even when they had the appropriate viewing permissions enabled.

Velocity View

• Fixed the inability to add Carrier on Velocity View's shipment profile.
• Added Velocity View Shipment Profile actions.
• Added Pallet count to grid.
• Fixed sorting of Customer column.
• Legend - Status Colors are now clickable and will overwrite any existing filters on Mode.
• Documents legend now added.
• Present Sharing - Hides yourself as the user from the list.
