New Features & Enhancements

Send Docs

  • Added the ability to consolidate documents sent at the load level into one attachment.
  • The option called "Merge selected attachments into a single PDF file" can be checked in the Send Docs window to merge all documents into one single PDF file when sent.

Multi-Stop function with Accessorials

  • Improved the workflow for adding and editing accessorials by making the stop-assignment popup smarter.
    • Standard Shipments: The accessorial stop-assignment popup is now automatically skipped for standard shipments containing only one pickup and one delivery. The accessorial will apply normally without extra clicks.
    • Multi-Stop Shipments: The popup will still seamlessly appear for true multi-stop shipments (more than one pickup or delivery), requiring users to select the specific stop the accessorial applies to.

EDI 210 Tool

  • Fixed an issue where the EDI engine incorrectly mapped to a custom class instead of prioritizing an existing customized template when the receiver ID matched a class ID.
  • Hardened the 210 template generation to handle missing or null consignee location codes gracefully, ensuring files still generate successfully instead of throwing a null reference error.
  • Corrected a segment placement bug in the EDI template structure by ensuring the GE segment is correctly ordered relative to the IEA segment.
  • Improved error handling to surface more actionable, user-friendly UI error messages during file generation failures (resolving the previous generic Object reference... and length (-17) errors).

Bug Fixes

Total Transportation & Distribution

  • Fixed rating issue where users were getting an object reference not set error.

CH Robinson

  • Fixed rating issue where truckload shipments were not producing rates in the LCR. The change made will now pull CH Robinson as the main carrier for truckload type shipments.

Roadrunner Transportation - Volume

  • Fixed rating issue where requests were invalid due to decimal weight.

N&M Transfer

  • Fixed rating issue where the carrier would not produce a rate if the consignee contact and phone number were missing.

Book & E-Dispatch function

  • Fixed issue where failed E-Dispatches to Bazaar Sellers using the Book & E-Dispatch function were not properly displaying the error message that caused it to fail. Users will now see the missing elements in the Dispatch Information modal should it fail.
