New Features & Enhancements

Fixed Rate Accessorial

• Added the ability to configure a flat-rate accessorial fee for customer specific API tariffs and in the customer profile Accessorial Setup.
• When adding an accessorial to a tariff, there is now a check box called Fixed Rate. If checked, the charge will be used as a flat rate instead of a markup rate.
• This is to help ensure consistency with how blanket rates handle fixed accessorial charges.

Peninsula Truck Lines

• Fixed rating issue where the incorrect Quote Number was being recorded for Guaranteed Rates.

R&L Carriers

• Fixed E-Docs not returning via API call.

Pitt Ohio

• Fixed issue with carrier cost rating error.

Southeastern Freight Lines

• Fixed accessorial mapping for Sort & Segregate.

WWEX Group

• Fixed rating issue where rates were failing to return for international shipments.

Estes Express

• Fixed issue where a discrepancy occurred when incoming EDI 210 invoices included Excessive Length rows that did not match the original carrier cost.

Onward Delivery

• Resolved an intermittent issue where pickup times for freight shipments were being transmitted to Onward with incorrect time zones (causing a one-hour discrepancy).

FragilePak

• Fixed E-Doc issue where the POD document was not returning via API.
• Fixed an issue where the system recorded delivery, pickup, and consignee arrival/departure dates using the tracking check time rather than the actual event occurrence time.
• Resolved an issue causing FragilePak tracking updates to display as "Undefined."

Polaris Transport

• Fixed issue where shipments going to or from Canada were not pulling back rates when the Palletized option was checked.

FedEx Freight

• Fixed issue where the discount percent was missing in rating REST API response.

Pilot Freight

• Fixed issue where estimated delivery dates and appointment windows were not mapped properly in the TMS.

Old Dominion Freight Lines

• Fixed E-Dispatch issue where an unexpected character caused an error.
• Fixed issue where the Movement Type and Account Handling were not being included in the rate request.

AccuFrate

• Fixed E-Dispatch issue where the pickup request was not sending 'isPickupRequired' as TRUE.

Customer Invoices

• Resolved an issue where multiple customer invoices were being generated simultaneously during the billing workflow.
  • Fixed a loophole where users could still access and click the Create Invoice button via lower-level sales permissions even when the primary Invoice Shipments permission was disabled.
  • The Invoice Shipments permission is now a mandatory prerequisite to view and interact with the button, correctly respecting component visibility roles.

BOL Document

• Fixed issue where the email of the staff dispatching was not appearing on the BOL document based on the customer's preference setting.

Edit Commodity

• Fixed issue where the trash can icons were not appearing in the Edit Commodity modal to remove commodity lines for customer logins.

Address Book

• Fixed issue where accessorials assigned to an address book entry were not populating correctly on loads based on their stop type.

Freight Claims

• Fixed issue where claim entries were failing upon submitting however an entry was being created on Freight Claims' site but with missing information.

Export Rates

• Fixed issue where the provider of rates was being indicated in the exported file instead of the actual carrier.

Advanced Booking / Book & E-Dispatch

• Fixed issue where if a user attempted to edit Custom Reference fields in the Book & E-Dispatch modal in the LCR, the screen would auto scroll to the top. The page will now remain where the modal was opened.

Disputes

• Fixed issue where updates to Disputes via Update Dispute modal on a shipment profile was not properly displaying the updated information.

Velocity View

• Fixed Velocity View's Source Capacity overlay not properly initializing the Lane History filters.

Highway

• Fixed issue where users are unable to update carrier MC numbers via onboarding queue.

Vooma

• Fixed issue where updates were failing to push to Vooma. This was occurring when loads were moved back to Quoted status and updates to the shipment were made i.e. pickup date or time update, commodity update, etc.
