New Features & Enhancements

Added a new mass action option, "Mass Re-Rate existing carrier," to the action dropdown on the Booked - Covered list screen. This allows users to bulk re-rate existing assigned carriers for selected shipments when contract pricing changes.
This can process batches up to 100 entries at a time.

Updated carrier accessorial settings so that checking the fixed rate flag allows carrier costs returned via API to correctly map and display as $0.

Added the ability to automate the re-matching of unmatched EDI 210 invoices whenever a PRO number is manually created or updated on a shipment, removing the need for manual matching or full-system batch scans.
- Event-Driven Trigger: Updating or creating a PRO number automatically initiates an evaluation against unmatched EDI 210 invoices.
- Targeted Matching: Evaluates matches using PRO Number and Vendor/SCAC, limiting processing exclusively to affected records to ensure high performance.
- Workflow Automation: Successfully matched invoices are automatically removed from the unmatched queue and routed to the standard AP Audit workflow.
- Configuration Setting: Includes a client/global setting flag that must be set to true in production to activate the auto-rematch behavior.

Updated the mass action functionality on the shipment list to allow users to update both the Pickup Date and the Original Pickup Date.
- Original Pickup Date Field: Added an optional field for Original Pickup Date and Time when performing a mass pickup update. Leaving this field blank keeps the original pickup date unchanged.
- Global Setting Control: Wrapped the ability to update original pickup date/times post-dispatch into a global setting ("Allow Update to Original Pickup Date and Time After Dispatched").
- Validation & UI Clear: Ensured clear field labeling to distinguish Original dates/times from regular pickup windows, requiring full pickup window entries when enabled to maintain data accuracy.

Updated status notes to explicitly indicate when status changes are updated via Highway (e.g., "Status updated via Highway").
Enhanced the tracking modal in the shipment profile to properly identify and display tracking pings originating from Highway alongside existing tracking providers.

Fixed an issue where applying a "Contains" filter with multiple comma-separated values caused report generation to fail and return zero results. Reports now properly parse multiple values and display all matching records.
Fixed an issue where the Last 7 Days relative date filter was incorrectly excluding records from exactly 7 days prior due to an off-by-one comparison check.

Fixed an issue preventing mass cancellation; loads in "Dispatched" status can now be successfully mass-canceled without errors.

Fixed an issue where email notifications were not sent to customers after manually updating a shipment’s Carrier PRO number. Customers now correctly receive an automated email notification including the updated Carrier PRO number and the latest version of the BOL attached whenever a PRO number is updated via API, EDI, or manual entry.

Fixed an issue where E-BOL and E-POD attachment failures caused entire customer invoice transmissions to fail. Invoices will now successfully deliver even if associated document files are missing or unreadable.

Fixed an issue where an unmapped or invalid shipment mode prevented Go2 Logistics rates from returning in the API payload response.

Fixed an issue where automated tracking updates failed to pull from Best Overnite due to an incorrect date parse format. Transit details, tracking checkpoints, and shipment status milestones (e.g., Picked Up, Delivered) now update automatically without requiring manual intervention.

Updated the CH Robinson e-dispatch payload to remove the scheduledOpenDateTime and scheduledCloseDateTime fields from all location objects (for both single-stop and multi-stop shipments) per carrier specifications. Standard openDateTime and closeDateTime fields continue to be sent as required.
