Bug Fixes

TriumphPay

• Resolved an issue where exceptions were being swallowed during TriumphPay audit bill transmissions. Added comprehensive error logging and null checks to improve troubleshooting and tracking for bill failures.

FourKites

• Fixed an issue where FourKites tracking prematurely updated load statuses to "Delivered" shortly after dispatch. Corrected status update logic to ensure load status updates occur accurately and are properly logged in the Shipment Notes.

Bazaar

• Fixed the API sync logic so that shipment status, location, and contact updates posted by a Bazaar Buyer immediately reflect on the Bazaar Seller's shipment profile, enabling successful E-Dispatch processing.

Dayton Freight

• Mapped Dayton extreme/overlength charges to the TMS Excessive Length accessorial. This ensures markups for these charges can be properly controlled and calculated in-TMS instead of failing to pass through correctly.

Bill-Tos

• Resolved an issue where customer specific bill-tos were failing to display updated "Bill To" information on the Bill of Lading (BOL). BOLs for affected accounts will now correctly reflect custom tariff setups instead of defaulting to the generic system bill to.

Profitability Report

• Resolved an internal server error that occurred when running or generating the Profitability Report with specific filter criteria. The fix handles null reference values across related entities during data aggregation to ensure reports render and export cleanly.

AP Export

• Resolved an issue where exported AP Invoicing reports shifted delivery dates ahead by 4 hours. Delivery dates in exported files now accurately align with the report's timezone display.

Customer Invoice Preferences

• Fixed an issue where legacy customer accounts with email delivery were incorrectly blocked by a "Primary Accounting Email is required" error when trying to update other invoice settings, such as checking the "Hide Zero Invoice Breakdown" option.
  • This will only apply to systems using Workflows since this method allows other email fields to be used with users not in the system.

AP Audit (Workflows)

• Resolved audit status logic so carrier invoices with cost variances now correctly reflect "Invoice Variance" as the Audit Reason.

Dispute Log

• Resolved issues where date filters (such as Delivery Date, Note Date, and Submit Date) in the Dispute Log were not filtering correctly or failing when manually entering dates. Filtering now accurately returns records matching the selected or typed date criteria.

Exclude Auto Approval AP Invoice (Workflows)

• Resolved an issue where customer invoices were being created automatically while Accounts Payable (AP) was still pending audit or approval (specifically occurring when auto-approval settings were disabled and during EDI 210 processing). Customer invoices will now strictly wait until AP is fully approved and cleared through audit.

Favicon

• Fixed an issue where opening a client site via URL or duplicating a tab would briefly display the default "Brokerware" name and favicon before loading the client's custom branding. Tenant title and favicon are now cached and applied on initial page load (before application boot), ensuring seamless custom branding without visual flickering.

Prevent Customer Visibility to Disputes

• Resolved an issue where the "In Dispute" tag and link remained visible to customer logins on shipment profiles even when the Prevent Customer Visibility to Disputes setting was enabled. The "In Dispute" indicator is now completely hidden for customer accounts under this setting while remaining visible to staff and admin users.

Reconsignment

• Resolved an issue during load reconsignment where an application error persisted when attempting to copy address information, even after clearing the browser cache.

Customer Tariffs - Transit Times

• Fixed the rating logic to automatically fall back to the associated Carrier Tariff Lane's transit time whenever the Customer Tariff Lane transit time is set to 0. If a specific, non-zero transit time is set on the Customer Tariff Lane, it will continue to take precedence.
