CSR

• Fixed a logic issue that will now prevent multiple users from simultaneously reviewing or approving a single Customer Service Request (CSR), expanding lockout controls to cover both new and revised CSR approval workflows.

EDI 210

• Resolved an issue where special characters in Purchase Order (PO) fields caused errors in EDI 210 processing.

Macropoint

• Resolved an issue in the TMS Tracking modal where MacroPoint milestone timestamps were defaulting to the client system timezone instead of converting to the local timezone of the specific stop/coordinates. Milestone local timestamps now accurately reflect the stop's local time zone.
