New Features & Enhancements

EDI Setup & EDI Logs (Workflows)

• Updated the EDI Setup customer dropdown to render both shipping and billing names formatted as {Ship Name} (Ship Name) / {Bill Name} (Bill Name) when workflows are enabled.
• Added Shipping Name and Billing Name columns to both the EDI Setup list grid and the EDI Log report grid for clearer visibility and account identification.

EDI 210 Master & Sub Account Bill To Codes

• Added functionality to allow EDI 210 invoices to use the customer/sub-account's Bill-To code when a master account is assigned as the primary billing entity.
• Enabled preference and token controls so users can choose whether to resolve the [PAYER_BILLTO] as the sub-account Bill-To code or maintain the standard master account Bill-To code default.

Partner Integrations

Highway

• Resolved an issue where automated Highway updates bypassed onboarding and compliance controls by introducing a configuration setting to gate status changes.
• Added an "Allow Highway to update carrier status" configuration setting (defaults to Yes for backwards compatibility).
  • When set to No, incoming Highway packets update insurance and certificates while keeping carrier statuses (such as Conditional or Active) fixed.
  • Prevents non-onboarded, non-compliant, or pending carriers from automatically enabling or syncing incomplete profiles.

Bug Fixes

Insurance Certificate

• Corrected logic error during commodity editing that caused incorrect system notes to generate regarding shipment value and insurance coverage.

Charge Summary

• Fixed an issue where approved AR credit memos were missing from the Charge Summary page and not syncing properly.

MainFreight

• Fixed an issue where LTL rating API requests to Mainfreight failed with a 400 Accessorial Not Supported - IO325 error when attempting to quote shipments destined for California.

LCR

• Fixed an issue where customer logins could see failed carier rates in the LCR. Updated the rate engine logic so that failed carrier rates with carrier costs are hidden from customer accounts.

Dispute Log

• Resolved an issue where filtering the Dispute Log using the legend failed to apply to the exported Excel file. The exported file now correctly matches the filtered grid view instead of exporting all variances.

Report Builder

• Fixed an internal server error that occurred when attempting to send a report email containing duplicate column display names.
• Corrected an issue where the "Last Pickup Date" filter in the Report Builder incorrectly factored in canceled loads. Canceled loads are now excluded, ensuring the date accurately reflects the actual pickup arrival date for active, delivered loads.
• Fixed an issue in the Report Builder where assigned sales reps were omitted or left blank in shipment-type reports if their user account had been disabled.

Convoy

• Resolved time zone discrepancies for Convoy webhook updates and fixed missing location data during tracking updates.

Divisions

• Resolved an issue where enabling division hierarchy caused incomplete customer records to be displayed when using the default "ALL" division filter for staff roles.
• Fixed an issue where certain division users could only view the "All" option in the dashboard division dropdown instead of seeing all child divisions assigned under that division.

CSR (Workflows)

• Fixed an issue where approved revised Customer Service Requests (CSRs) failed to update customer credit limits. Enhanced validation handling for non-unique billing contact email addresses during customer revision processing, preventing unexpected process silent failures.

Last Tracking Note (Confirm Pickups & In Transit Tiles)

• Resolved visual layout and text-wrapping issues on the Dispatched and In Transit dashboard tile grids. Column widths have been tightened, and text wrapping/resizing controls have been enabled for improved readability across all viewports.

Pilot Freight

• Fixed an HTTP 401 authorization failure on the Pilot documents webhook caused by a signature encoding mismatch. The endpoint now accepts base64-encoded HMAC-SHA256 signatures alongside hex-encoded digests, restoring Delivery Receipt and Proof of Delivery (POD) document ingestion.

Dashboard - In Transit

• Fixed a UI issue on the In Transit dashboard tile where adding or updating shipment notes did not immediately update the UI, leaving the modal open and requiring a manual page refresh.

Tariff Service Lane Priority

• Added automated normalization and a manual super-admin endpoint to repair duplicate or gapped lane priorities into a clean, sequential order (1, 2, 3...).
• Implemented database application locking on tariff entry additions to prevent race conditions from generating duplicate priority numbers.
• Updated line reordering to swap adjacent rows based on array position and database ID rather than priority values, allowing seamless reordering even with gapped sequences. Deletions now trigger an automatic backend refresh to keep local lists in sync.

Estes Express

• Fixed an issue where Canadian destination postal codes were truncated to 5 characters in rate requests sent to Estes Express instead of the full 6-character postal code.

Invoice Printing - EDI Invoices

• Fixed false printing failure reporting and empty history entries occurring during EDI invoice printing with supporting documents.
• Resolved false failure statuses caused by FTP timeouts during supporting document delivery, ensuring accurate status updates and enhanced logging for string binary truncation and 502 Gateway errors.
• Fixed an issue where duplicate or empty "all-zero" print history records were generated without corresponding division entries.
