Charge Summary (Workflows & Oracle)

• Removed the "Paid" and "Remain" columns from the invoice/charge summary screen for all internal and external users when Oracle integration is enabled.
• Removed grand totals from the customer invoice page to prevent misleading balance displays.
• Ensures Oracle remains the single source of truth for balances, credits, and open items, eliminating confusion caused by auto-applied calculations or partial financial views.

Credit Memos (Workflows & Oracle)

• Disabled the automatic application of approved credit memos to invoices to prevent financial discrepancies.
  • Approving a credit memo no longer automatically applies the credit to an invoice.
  • Invoice states and balances now directly mirror the Oracle open/closed balance file rather than an internally calculated balance.

Bug Fixes

Global Search

• Resolved an issue where non-sargable search predicates caused full table scans across the Shipment database. Searching by delivery number, carrier reference number, and rate quote number now uses optimized database indexes, drastically reducing search response times and restoring overall system performance.
