New Features & Enhancements

AP Audit (Workflows)

• Added the ability to view the original customer quote details directly within the AP Audit screen alongside carrier invoice data for easier comparison and reconciliation.
• Resolved an issue where changing an uplift from a percentage to a flat dollar amount in the AP Audit modal failed to reset accessorial charges back to the original carrier quote value.

Zip Code Validation

• Enforced strict zip/postal code validation across customer-facing shipment creation workflows (including Full Form booking, Short Form quoting, and CSR flows).
  • Invalid US zip codes and incomplete Canadian postal codes (must be 6 characters) now trigger visual error indicators (red bounding box) and block shipment creation/saving.

Bug Fixes

Blank Accessorials on Full/Short Form

• Fixed an issue on both the Full Form and Short Form shipment creation pages where clicking "Add Accessorial" without selecting a supplemental charge added a blank entry and caused system/server errors upon saving.
  • The "Add" button is now disabled by default until a valid accessorial option is selected from the Supplemental Charges drop-down menu, preventing blank line items from being created or saved.

Custom Reference Fields

• Resolved an issue where clicking the edit pencil icon on the Custom Reference Field screen caused the system to freeze and load indefinitely when fetching global settings.

Priority One

• Resolved an issue where SAIA rating queries via Priority1 intermittently failed on California lanes due to a cost mismatch error. Added support for the "CALIFORNIA HIGH COST CHARGE" accessorial fee so unmapped charge descriptions are properly retained, preventing rate calculation discrepancies and ensuring quotes return accurately.

Source Sequence Error

• Fixed an issue where attempting to process, rate, or save shipments via the Full Form or Short Form booking interfaces threw an unhandled LINQ exception (Source sequence doesn't contain any elements).
