BrokerWare Release Notes 10/15/2026
New Features & Enhancements
AP Audit (Workflows)
- Added an editable Queue column at the end of the AP Audit list screen on the Primary Approvals tab.
- Users can select status values directly from a dropdown menu and updates to the Queue status are automatically recorded in the Private Shipment Notes for audit tracking.
- Added the Rate Quote (Carrier Quote Number) as a visible column on the AP Audit list screen (Primary & Secondary Approvals).
AuthCode Custom Field (Workflows)
- Division users can now be granted the Edit AuthCode Custom Field permission directly under the Operations staff permission category.
- Allows division users to update load authorization codes without requiring full Accounting tab access.
Mass Re-Rate Existing Carrier
- Added the ability to execute the mass re-rate function directly from the Dispatch and In-Transit screens (including Booked, Covered, Confirm Pickups, and In-Transit tiles), expanding upon the existing Awarded/Assigned re-rate functionality.
- Improves operational efficiency by allowing users to re-rate shipments later in the shipment lifecycle without needing to navigate back to the Booked - Covered tile.
- For loads currently In-Transit, re-rating will automatically be skipped if AP Audit or Invoices have already been created for that load.
Hazmat Information - "Proper Shipping Name"
- Renamed the Hazmat Information field label from “Chemical Name” to “Proper Shipping Name” to comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory standards.
- Added the shipment field label to Naming Management under Admin Tools, allowing users to customize or reset this label as needed.
Tariff Service Lanes - Density Criteria
- Introduced total shipment density (PCF) as a service lane matching criterion to ensure proper rating with carriers requiring specific density parameters.
- Added an informational tooltip explaining how total shipment density is calculated across multiple commodities.
Hide Estimated Delivery Date/Time from Documents based on Shipment Mode
- Added multi-select shipment mode filtering to the global default setting "Hide Estimated Delivery Date From Documents".
- If no specific shipment modes are selected, the setting continues to apply universally to all shipment modes.
- Customer-level preferences ("Show Estimated Delivery Date" and "Show Delivery Hours") now override global defaults exclusively for the shipment modes specified in the restriction toggle. Unrestricted modes will operate according to standard global visibility rules.
Report Builder
- Added the Customer Shipping Name field under the Contacts section within the Shipment Report type in Report Builder. Users can now select and include this field when generating shipment reports to match the shipping details found on the Customer List.
- This only affects systems with Workflows enabled.
Restrict External Customer ID fields
- To maintain data integrity, the External Customer ID field on the Customer Profile page now automatically becomes read-only (grayed out) once a customer has at least one shipment in Dispatched status or beyond.
- New Admin Override Permission: Added a new staff permission under the Admin section titled "Edit External Customer ID".
- Users with this permission enabled can modify the External Customer ID even after shipment activity has occurred to correct setup errors.
- Users without this permission will remain locked out from editing once the customer has dispatched shipments.
CSR (Workflows)
- Restricted the Create Shipment (full form) and Quote (short form) options for customer profiles that are disabled, placed on hold, or pending approval within the CSR/CAR approval workflow. Customers in these statuses can no longer generate loads or quotes, retaining access only to tracking information until fully approved and active.
Global Defaults - Audit Log
- Added a dedicated Audit Log tab to the System Defaults screen.
- Tracks all client setting modifications with key details:
- Modified By Name (User who performed the update)
- Modified Date (Timestamp of modification)
- Action (Normalized display of setting updates)
- Value Changes (Displays original vs. updated values)
Run Rates / LCR - Back Button
- Added a Back / Edit Shipment button to the Run Rates results page for quotes and shipments. Clicking this control returns you to the quote or shipment creation page while retaining all previously entered details (including locations, commodities, accessorials, notes, and dates) so you don't have to re-enter data.
- Updated navigation logic to ensure returning to the form to make adjustments and re-running rates maintains the same load number instead of generating a new one.
Pre-PRO Number Generation
- Added support for electronic Pre-PRO number generation for automated, sequential 11-digit PRO assignments.
- 11-Digit PRO Number Format Support:
- Prefix (e-Pro Indicator): Standardized prefix configuration (e.g., 005).
- Sequence Number: Automated sequential incrementing (+1) across the 7-digit core sequence.
- Suffix Support: Added UI and backend support for a custom suffix option (e.g., 0 for master bills).
- Added support for configuring an optional prefix (such as a leading "I") for R&L carrier PRO numbers. When configured under customer setup, the specified prefix will automatically prepend to auto-assigned pre-PRO numbers upon quote save or award, ensuring accurate invoice matching and proper sequence tracking.
Audit Commissions
- Added a custom profit margin filter option on the Audit Commissions page, allowing users to specify a custom minimum profit margin percentage when auditing commissions.
- Introduced a new filter option, Profit margin is ≥ [ ] %, directly below the existing fixed option ("Profit is over 50 % and zero").
- Entering a percentage returns records with profit margins greater than or equal to that threshold (inclusive of exact matches).
Search Zip Code
- Updated the address lookup mapping so that entering or selecting ZIP code 55131 now automatically populates Saint Paul, MN for City and State across address workflows (Shipper, Consignee, Full Form, and Short Form lookup).
Shipment Notes - EDocs
- Added automatic logging to the Shipment Notes section whenever carrier electronic documents (such as e-invoices, BOLs, PODs, or Weight & Inspection files) are retrieved via API.
- The system now generates a DocumentsRetrievedFromCarrier note containing the timestamp and list of fetched document names, giving users clear visibility into when carrier e-docs were updated without needing to check carrier portals directly.
Multi-stop Shipments - BOTH
- Re-enabled and enhanced the "BOTH" stop type for multi-stop loads, eliminating double entry when a single location serves as both a pickup and drop-off point.
- Dropdown Availability:
- Re-enabled the "BOTH" option in both the Stop Type and Carrier Stop Type dropdowns when the Enable Multi-Stop client setting is enabled.
- Dynamic Commodity Routing:
- Locations designated as "BOTH" now dynamically populate across both the pickup (From Stop) and drop-off (To Stop) address dropdowns within the Commodity Section.
- Document Consolidation & Accuracy:
- Master BOL: Consolidates "BOTH" stops into a single listed entry (Pickup/Drop) on the main overview page rather than generating duplicate stop entries.
- Sub/Child BOLs: Correctly identifies the location's relative role—displaying as Pickup when it is the first stop on a child BOL or Drop when it is the final stop.
Advanced Consolidated Invoice
- Added a new global system default (Advanced Consolidated Invoice) in Accounting & Finance to control visibility and activation of advanced consolidation features and invoice export settings.
- Introduced a new Advanced Consolidated Invoice document layout featuring full line item breakdown charges. Dynamic PO# label updates automatically based on customer profile settings. Empty custom/global reference fields and individual shipment notes are hidden unless populated or set to "show on invoice".
- Added an "Include Consolidated Invoice Excel Export" (.xlsx) preference for customers with consolidated invoicing required. Automatically generates and attaches the mapped Excel export file when sending invoices via email.
- Advanced Consolidated Invoice
Hide Empty Fields in BOL - Customer Preference
- Added a new customer preference—"Hide Empty Fields in BOL"—located under Customer > Tools > Labels & Documents (disabled by default).
- When enabled on Template 1 BOLs, empty fields and labels (e.g., Shipper #, Phone, Fax, Contact, Email, Notes, Seal #, Container #, PRO #, Pickup #, Delivery #, PO #, and Trailer #) are automatically omitted from rendering.
- Reduces overall whitespace and improves PDF layout compactness to help fit content onto a single page without removing required BOL information.
- Keeps filled fields, signatures, and default multi-page flow behavior intact when content exceeds one page.
Division & User Level Carrier Groups
- Division-assigned users can now create Carrier Groups with configurable visibility settings to improve organization and prevent unintended cross-division exposure.
- Division-Level Carrier Groups:
- Visible and selectable by all staff users assigned to the same Division (and sub-divisions, if hierarchy is enabled).
- Restricted from being visible or accessible across other Divisions.
- User-Only Carrier Groups:
- Visible and selectable exclusively by the user who created the group.
- Dynamically hides the Division selector in the UI when the "User only" option is selected to streamline group creation.
View Rates - Direct/Indirect Indications
- Added Direct / Indirect lane service indicators next to carrier transit times in the View Rates snapshot.
- On systems with CarrierConnect enabled, opening View Rates on a load with saved quotes will now fetch and display the Direct or Indirect indicator alongside the transit time.
- Systems without CarrierConnect active will continue to load View Rates normally without the indicator labels.
Customer Address Book Template Updates
- Updated the import template to match front-end UI validation. Address, City, State, Zip, and Country are now mandatory fields with clear highlighted columns (columns C, E, F, G, and H) to prevent downstream rating errors.
- Unhidden Column A (Customer Name) in the template, making it easily accessible for editing and re-using across multiple customer profiles.
- Enforced field character limitations during the import process to prevent data truncation and database errors, displaying explicit validation error messages when field limits or required fields are missed.
EDI Templating, Review & Validation Updates
- Inbound EDI Review & Parsing (204 / 210 / 214): Added dedicated review and preview interfaces to parse, analyze, and validate inbound EDI 204, 210, and 214 files for field-level segment mappings and shipment reference matching.
- New EDI 214 Template Tool: Introduced a comprehensive EDI 214 template builder alongside updates to the existing EDI 210 template builder.
- Automated Setup Assistance: Integrated options within the 210 and 214 review tools to automatically assist in generating draft templates and configuring EDI setups directly from sample files.
- Advanced Token Mapping & Conditional Rendering: Enabled custom token mapping (including dynamic file naming) and conditional segment rendering to provide expanded flexibility for customer-specific segment values and rules.
Global Setting for Billing Description
- Added a new global system setting, Set Billing Description Default, to customize default billing descriptions on generated documents.
- Applies globally to Delivery Order, Dispatch, and Bill of Lading (BOL) documents.
- Includes 6 available selection options:
- 3RD PARTY BILL FREIGHT PREPAID TO
- 3RD PARTY BILL FREIGHT COLLECT TO
- 3RD PARTY BILL FREIGHT BILLED TO
- FREIGHT BILLED TO
- FREIGHT COLLECT
- FREIGHT PREPAID
- Exclusions & Priority Rules:
- Excludes LTL, RF LTL, and Cold Chain LTL modes (these retain standard defaults).
- Specific billing descriptions set at the Tariff, Customer, or Carrier level will take priority over the global default.
Scheduled Routes
- Added a new Scheduled Routes management interface under Customer Tools (alphabetically sorted). Staff can now set up recurring shipment templates to automatically generate new shipments in a "Quoted" status based on set pickup frequencies and business transit days.
- Supports full shipment details—including multi-stop routes, carrier assignments, commodities, modes, accessorials, and insurance information—along with options to save new addresses directly to the shipper/consignee address books.
- Added a dedicated table view to list, edit, and delete active scheduled route templates.
- Introduced a Schedule Route Log modal detailing creation, modification (showing specific field changes like schedule names and pickup windows), and deletion history, as well as automatic note stamps on generated loads indicating they were created via Scheduled Routes.
- Scheduled Routes
Breakthrough Fuel
- Updated the Breakthrough Fuel payload to map the load’s PO Reference field as Shipper Reference 1 (trimmed to 50 characters). This allows carriers (such as Landstar) to match Breakthrough's fuel amounts to customer's loads using the customer's shipment number instead of solely relying on internal brokerage's load numbers.
Shipment Notes - Second Payable (Workflows)
- Enhanced Shipment Notes to automatically record a detailed audit trail for Billing Adjustments (BD), Second Payables, and Second Customer Invoices, improving financial compliance and operational traceability.
Partner Integrations
QuickBooks Online
- Updated the QBO sync logic to automatically map the email address of the customer contact designated as the Primary Accounting contact to QBO's PrimaryEmailAddr customer field.
- Introduced a system setting (QBO Primary Accounting Contact Email) under System Defaults > Accounting & Finance:
- No (Default): Maintains current behavior without syncing the primary accounting email.
- Yes: Syncs the email of the selected "Primary Accounting" contact to QBO. If no contact is set, the field remains empty.
Shiplify
- Updated the modal wording from "Accessorial Added" to "Recommended Accessorial" when the Prevent Auto Apply Shiplify Accessorials customer preference is enabled.
- Added an opt-in checkbox next to recommended accessorials in the dropdown modal, allowing users to manually apply them directly to the shipment creation form.
Denim Integration
- Introduces a direct integration with Denim to streamline Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) management, load syncing, and document routing.
- Customer & Carrier Entity Mapping
- Added a "Sync with Denim" option within customer and carrier profiles with automatic search-and-match logic.
- Introduced selection modals to handle multiple entity matches, with options to map to existing records or send as a new relationship.
- Added visual indicators (Synced with Denim) once mapping is complete.
- Automated Job & Document Syncing
- Automated job creation (/api/v1/jobs) upon pushing approved loads/invoices to Denim.
- Implemented automated document routing:
- Payable Obligations: Automatically attaches carrier bills, signed PODs, and BOLs.
- Receivable Obligations: Automatically attaches rate confirmations and quotes.
- Dedicated Denim Accounting Pages
- Denim Transactions: Added a central transaction page under the Accounting menu to review transaction records (/api/v1/transactions).
- Denim Sync & Events: Created dedicated management views to track sync queues and incoming webhook events independent of standard accounting syncs.
- Real-time Webhook & Payment Syncing
- Configured webhook callback processing (job.payment) to update customer invoice and carrier bill payment statuses automatically.
- Integrated payment status tracking with optional sync behavior for QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Carrier Integrations
Magnum Logistics
- Added automated electronic document (E-Docs) retrieval capabilities for Magnum Logistics (MGUL) within the Document Retrieval pipeline.
SAIA Freight
- Previously, excessive length logic passed initial checks but SAIA service requests failed to consider width alongside length. The service now sets the excessive length threshold using the maximum of either commodity length or width, ensuring accurate rating and preventing carrier billing discrepancies for oversized items.
- Updated rate request response formatting for SAIA (RateQuoteV1) API integrations. Responses in the code-expansion view are now formatted as indented JSON with line breaks for improved legibility and easier troubleshooting.
XPO Logistics
- Updated rate request response formatting for XPO (RateQuoteV1) API integrations. Responses in the code-expansion view are now formatted as indented JSON with line breaks for improved legibility and easier troubleshooting.
Rist Transport
- Introduced two new static accessorials to the TMS:
- Straight Truck at Pickup (STPU)
- Straight Truck at Delivery (STDL)
- Updated rating integrations so selecting either accessorial correctly sends the corresponding pickup or delivery service request to RIST as a StraightTruck accessorial.
- Carrier charges returned from RIST for straight truck services are now mapped back to the matching static accessorial in the TMS, ensuring accurate carrier costs, customer billing, and margin calculations.
Southwestern Motor Transport
- Updated the Southwestern Motor Transport (SMTL) carrier integration from legacy SOAP services to REST V2.0 endpoints for rating, electronic dispatching, and tracking capabilities.
- Added support for REST API authentication fields (REST Client ID / REST Client Secret) under Carrier Integrations XML Configuration.
Bug Fixes
Averitt
- Resolved an issue where carrier API tracking updates containing only a date string were shifting back by one day due to UTC/timezone offset conversions.
ABF Freight
- Updated the PRO resolution logic in the tracking service to ensure the system selects the correct shipment record when parsing ABF tracking responses.
Estes Express
- Updated tracking logic to check status exception flags and refusal/attempt reasons before updating shipment status. Delivery attempt and refusal events will no longer trigger a premature Delivered status in the TMS.
WWEX
- Resolved an issue where initial e-dispatch attempts with WorldWide Express (WWEX) falsely reported "Pickup order failed with unknown error" despite successfully creating the pickup with the carrier. The TMS now correctly identifies ID-bearing pickup responses as successful, prevents false error messaging, and preserves access to API request and response details in the Dispatch Information window for actionable error troubleshooting.
- Updated World Wide Express (WWEX) E-dispatch handling to automatically invoke integratedCancelFlow when pickup scheduling fails after shipment creation. This immediately voids/cancels stuck shipments in WWEX and prevents "Shipment already has order placed" or "Shipment order already in progress" errors on re-dispatch.
- Resolved issue where hazmat details (UN number, packing group, emergency contact) and packaging types were not properly passed during dispatch, ensuring multi-commodity and hazmat loads complete dispatch cleanly.
Old Dominion Freight Lines
- Resolved an issue where dispatching a load to Old Dominion via e-dispatch automatically remapped/expanded "St." to "Saint" in API request payloads, causing UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY validation errors when carrier systems only recognized abbreviated city names (e.g., "ST CATHARINES").
TForce Freight
- Resolved an issue where rate requests for non-Mexico shipments were triggering unnecessary service code 349 validation requests. Service code 349 is now restricted strictly to Mexico-related lanes, eliminating invalid API responses for domestic U.S. shipments.
- Resolved an issue where tender pickup times sent to carriers were miscalculated using the global system time instead of the shipper's local timezone. Pickup window start and ready times now properly reflect the origin timezone.
Xpress Global
- Resolved an issue where tender pickup times sent to carriers were miscalculated using the global system time instead of the shipper's local timezone. Pickup window start and ready times now properly reflect the origin timezone.
Dayton Freight
- Resolved an issue on carrier shipments where selecting a sub-accessorial caused the parent limited access charge to apply twice during rating or rerating. Rating calculations now strictly enforce single limited access filtering, ensuring only the intended sub-accessorial is applied and billed accurately.
Moran Transportation
- Resolved an issue where rate requests sent to Moran Transportation omitted the Limited Access accessorial parameter.
Forward Air
- Forward Air E-Dispatch requests now automatically populate the EmergencyContact fields using the broker’s General Contact details (Name, Phone, Email) when no dedicated emergency contact is specified on the shipment profile.
- If divisions are enabled, the request dynamically pulls contact information from the specific customer division associated with the load, rather than defaulting to global system contact details.
Best Overnite
- Updated the Best Overnite rating service mapping so that selecting Limited Access Delivery passes LIMDEL and selecting Limited Access Pickup passes LIMPIC in the API request XML.
XPO Logistics
- Resolved an issue where XPO PRO numbers were incorrectly syncing and attaching to the wrong orders/shipments. Implemented automated resetting and removal of duplicate PRO numbers during carrier tracking updates.
- Fixed an issue where shipments remained stuck in "Dispatched" status when XPO assigned a new PRO number at pickup. Automated tracking now looks up delayed shipments by BOL number, updates the load with the correct PRO number, logs a note on the shipment, and advances tracking to "In Transit."
Oak Harbor Freight Lines
- Fixed an issue where residential pickup (REPU) accessorials were not being properly sent in API rate requests, ensuring accurate rate quotes for residential pickup services.
Averitt
- Fixed an issue where shipment dimensions were missing from API rate requests, ensuring excessive length/overlength charges are correctly included in quotes.
BOL Document
- Updated the Shipper # field container on Bill of Lading (Template 1) documents to dynamically wrap text onto subsequent lines, preventing multi-entry or long-digit reference numbers from truncating.
- Adjusted the BOL header grid proportions to optimize customer logo rendering and improve overall visual scaling while maintaining proper header element alignment.
Customer Statement
- Fixed an issue where the Balance Summary failed to clear/reset when adjusting the invoice date range to a period with no open invoices. The summary now correctly updates and reflects zero totals ($0.00) when refreshed on an empty date range.
Advanced Search
- Added a Delivery Number field to the Advanced Search modal, enabling users to look up and filter loads directly by delivery number.
Carrier Contact
- Fixed an issue where editing and saving an existing carrier contact would trigger a false "Contact already exists" duplicate warning popup.
AR Approval & Credit Memos (Workflows)
- Resolved an issue where credit memo and rebill approvals marked as Approved in the AR Approvals list remained in Pending Approval / Audit status in Charge Summary. Approved credits now properly clear pending status and transition directly to Not Applied as expected.
Advanced Booking Accessorial Warning
- Fixed an issue where selecting address book entries in the Book & Dispatch (Advanced Booking) modal failed to display an accessorial warning message. Added the missing warning prompt to alert users when location-based accessorials are added upon selecting address book entries, ensuring users are prompted to re-run rates or proceed without adding them.
Falvey
- Resolved an issue where removing a freight carrier from a load with insurance (such as Falvey or Loadsure) caused the system to incorrectly promote the insurance carrier to primary carrier, leading to failed e-dispatches and reporting inaccuracies.
Commission Report
- The Commission Report was incorrectly appending a "BD" (Balance Due) suffix to Transactional BOL numbers on shipments where previous carrier bills had been rejected or removed.
Velocity View
- Fixed an issue in the Velocity View dropdown where Master/Sub accounts were displaying the "Billing name" instead of the required "Shipping name." Users can now properly view, filter, and select specific shipping locations. This applies to Workflow systems only.
- Resolved issues where column sorting on the Velocity View grid was not ordering results properly or maintaining correct sorting across paginated results. Sorting now applies across the full filtered dataset prior to pagination, with consistent directional behavior between the web grid and exported data.
- Text headers now group nulls, special characters, and numeric values ahead of alphabetical entries. Text sorts A–Z ($\uparrow$) / Z–A ($\downarrow$), while numeric values (including PO references) use numeric-aware ordering.
- Columns including Piece, Weight, Billed, Cost, Miles, and Pallets now sort Largest First ($\uparrow$) and Smallest First ($\downarrow$).
- Null or blank date entries group together first, with date sorting consistently following displayed values across pagination (Newest First $\uparrow$ / Oldest First $\downarrow$). Resolved internal service errors previously occurring on date-header filter arrows.
Custom Reference Fields
- Resolved the issue causing the edit modal to hang and updated the error handling during saves. Edits to global custom reference fields now load instantly and save successfully as expected.
Send Docs
- Updated the Send Docs feature on the Shipment Status Tiles (Tracking pages) to match the functionality and content of the main Shipment Profile Send Docs modal.
- Contact List: The recipient/contact dropdown now correctly populates all available shipment contacts.
- Document Options: All eligible shipment documents (including BOL, Dispatch, Delivery Order, Ratecon, Blind Ratecon, Tender, Labels per carrier, and Global Documents) are now available to attach instead of only displaying the Quote.
System Documents - Division Branding
- Rate Quote & Confirmation Formatting: Fixed layout text wrapping so telephone numbers consistently display on a single line.
- Bill of Lading (BOL) Logo Resolution: Fixed an issue where division logos were not persisting on BOL documents when a logo was uploaded for the division.
Shipment Notes
- API rating/request logs were not consistently appearing in Shipment Notes (accessible via the <> icon) for shipments created through certain API endpoints (CreateShipmentWithRateQuoteId, CreateShipmentWithRateQuoteIdOverride, and CreateShipmentAPI).
Mass Rater
- Fixed an unhandled object reference error in Mass Rater when building transaction files containing rates with a missing or null display name.
- Updated the rate sorting logic to handle null values safely, allowing transaction files with blank rate display names to build successfully.
Carrier Contact BOL Preference
- Fixed an issue where the Bill of Lading (BOL) was delayed until the "Picked Up" status. The system now automatically triggers document transmission via Send Docs to carrier contacts with the "Send BOL" preference enabled immediately upon dispatch.
- Fixed a display discrepancy on the Shipment Profile page where the Carrier Details module incorrectly showed Send BOL: No despite the preference being enabled in the carrier profile settings. The UI now accurately reflects the carrier's profile configuration.
Power BI
- Resolved an issue where embedded Power BI reports in hidden or inactive tabs rendered with compressed ("squished") canvas heights upon tab switching. Sizing constraints now properly recalculate when tabs become active, ensuring correct proportions and spacing across all report views.
Profit Margin
- Resolved an issue where Gross Profit Percentage (GP %) values were automatically rounding up to whole percentages instead of displaying decimal precision. GP % now correctly displays exact decimal values across shipment profiles, commodity summaries, and edit modals.
Unbilled Report
- Fixed an HTTP 400 error caused by subquery ordering during Excel exports. Users can now filter by carrier name (including names with spaces or special characters) and successfully export the report to Excel with accurate, complete dataset results.
API Rate History
- Fixed an issue where shipments created through the API from a rate quote were not saving quoted carrier rates. API-booked loads now save the complete rates snapshot on the shipment profile, matching the behavior of loads booked directly in the web app.
Shipment Profile Mass Uploader
- Resolved an issue where uploading single or generic files (e.g., Invoice.pdf) directly from an active Shipment Profile failed with a validation error.
- Files uploaded directly within a Shipment Profile no longer require the load ID in the filename to successfully upload. Strict load ID validation will now only trigger if a file explicitly includes a different load number in its name.
Customer Permissions & Visibility Alignment
- Updated customer portal permission logic to ensure Customer Tools and Shipment Profile → Actions strictly respect individual customer permissions alongside app visibility rules.
- Fixed an issue where disabling specific customer permissions inadvertently hid or misaligned unrelated tools (such as Send Docs, Statement, and Shipment Uploader).
- Ensured action buttons (e.g., Run Rates, Quote, and Access Shipment Tracking) dynamically hide when associated permissions are removed, and unauthorized direct URL access redirects appropriately to the Customer Profile.
EDI 210 Invoices - Invoice Printing
- Resolved a timeout issue occurring when processing large batches of EDI 210 deliveries from the invoice printing queue, ensuring seamless batch processing and reliable delivery status tracking.
General Information - Equipment
- Resolved an issue where changing the shipment Mode under General Information cleared the previously selected Equipment type. Selected equipment will now remain populated when switching modes (provided it is valid for the newly selected mode).
RF LTL Mode - Class & NMFC Removal
- Updated shipments set to RF TL mode to match standard Truckload (TL) behavior by removing Freight Class and NMFC fields across commodity grids, forms, and quote/dispatch workflows.
- Removed Class and NMFC references from customer rate quotes, confirmations, BOLs, carrier quotes, rate confirmations, tenders, dispatches, delivery orders, quotes lists, and customer invoices.
Edit Commodity
- Fixed an issue in the Edit Commodity section where Billed, Cost, and Margin values were not displaying trailing zeros. All currency amounts now consistently format with two decimal places (e.g., $0.00).
- Updated the Margin field to recalculate and refresh in real-time as soon as focus leaves (blurs) the Billed or Cost input fields, eliminating the need to save changes first to see updated margins.
