All of the expected functionality: contact management, notes, calls, credit checks, lead/opportunity status, and shipping lanes, exist within the tool. Email verification will also ensure that you never have two sales reps working the same contact.

As soon as a the business is secured, leads can be converted into customer profiles to begin shipping. All previously logged interactions will be retained on the customer profile for future reference.
