In this segment, Robertson discusses a booking automation software for Freight Brokers called ShipMind. The goal of the TMS is to automate tasks that are non-ROI-producing.
ShipMind will rate the shipment automatically based on parameters, e-dispatch the load, track and invoice the freight. Freight Brokers will manage by exception freeing up time for revenue-generating activities.
